It is in an excellent location to get right on the interstate towards Greenville(I85), Charlotte (Business 85)or head downtown to Spartanburg. I26 towards Asheville or Columbia is 3min away. Wofford, Converse and Chapman Cultural Center are an easy 8 minute drive. This fully equipped apartment is ideal for an extended stay. Platts' Place Retro Retreat

The guest suite is located on the first floor of a two-story subdivision home. The suite is separated from the rest of the home by a locked door (both sides are locked.) The private guest entrance is at the back of the home. People live here though, so plan on a little noise transfer from the street and home. Parking is on site. The space is pet free, but guests are welcome to visit our pets if they need to cuddle some fur babies.
