The home was comfortable and very clean. Beds were comfy . It was a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again !

The place was quaint, comfortable, and had all that we needed. It matched the pictures and description. Entry was easy. Shower water pressure was strong (we appreciate that). Dishwasher was quiet. Our dog loved the freedom of the fenced in yard.

It's a lovely and quaint Southern home. It reminded me of my childhood home. Everything was clean and well-appointed with just enough kitch to be interesting. We just wanted a night's rest and really dislike most hotels. This was a welcomed respite. Favorite thing: If anyone remembers what a lovely experience having an actual, full-size bathtub was back in the day, you'll adore this. THIS was such a marvelous surprise. Great Stay!

I enjoyed my time staying there. We had everything we needed and the location was nice and quiet!

Jenny's place was just perfect for our needs, right off the interstate and close by to where our family reunion was held. Very cute house, easy to find and Jenny was always very responsive and fast to reply. I stayed here with my mom and dad, and my little pup Hope. She even left a few treats for Hope! Jenny and her husband have thought of everything, and we felt right at home staying here. The kitchen was well stocked and even had a few items in the freezer and refrigerator for convenience. Bathroom shower was excellent! My parents said they slept good too and that's a plus as I worry if they will be comfortable and feel rested. Charming home that has been remodeled and updated, and it was cool seeing pictures of the family home back in the 1950's. Would stay here again!

The Blue House was perfect for our family and our first visit to Cary! Centrally located and so walkable to many fun attractions! If you are there on a Saturday heck out the farmers market! The house was pure perfection from the layout to the consideration of having coffee for us to use! So clean and dog friendly and had lots of great amenities. We will be back! Thank you Christian!

Beautiful place to relax and enjoy being outside. House was amazing and clean, absolutely loved watching movies in the movie theater, and loved swimming in the pool.

Heather’s place is so beautiful! We traveled with our two little kids and they had a blast using the pool! This is definitely a great place for a couples getaway too. Especially, so that you can utilize the lovely sliders to get that indoor/outdoor feel. The house was just as pictured and we spent the whole day in the pool. There’s plenty of great restaurants in the area as well as great shopping locations. It was a dream and we can’t wait to go back!

This was not a planned trip for me(car broke down in the area while traveling), however I enjoyed my stay a whole lot! You will not find a better host no matter how hard you look, Ann was the best! She helped me out and went above and beyond to try to help me and my situation at the time, and always checked to make sure I had everything I needed. The house itself was very private, quiet and peaceful, and it was perfect for me and my pets! It was so nice to relax outside and watch the lightening bugs and stars at night and listen to all the frogs croaking. Everything in the house was super clean, and also had a lot of things inside that could be of use(ex: hair dryer, kitchen supplies, a variety of games, and even some food items and coffee! The beds were very comfy as well and me and my pets felt right at home and cozy. If you’re thinking about booking this place, definitely do it you won’t regret it!

We enjoyed the place... perfectly equipped for a very comfortable stay. Super quiet location and very nice condo! Great layout in the condo. Jocelyn was a great host! 100% loved it and hope to stay there again if our work calls us back there.

We have stayed at Rob and Susan’s for several years now, and it continues to be the best AirB&B we’ve experienced. They take great care with every detail, and are a pleasure to work with. Our favorite part is how they stock fruit and bagels so we don’t have to chase down breakfast the first morning!

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely wonderful! The layout of the house is fantastic, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. It's impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed, especially the beautiful kitchen which was a joy to cook in. The master bedroom and in-law suite were both luxurious and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun. The outdoor space is where this place truly shines. The pool was amazing, perfect for cooling off on hot days, and the expansive outdoor area provided plenty of room for our family to play games and enjoy the sunshine. While you can’t swim in the lake, fishing and boating are great alternatives. Clare was a fantastic host—so responsive and accommodating. Overall, our family had an incredible time here and didn't want to leave! It's the perfect spot for families looking to relax and have fun together.

We are enjoyed our stay and the home was perfect for our large family. We appreciate the complimentary coffee and s’mores. We found several fun games to play. Would definitely recommend this home.

The place was amazing I will definitely tell friends and family to book there I just wished the jacuzzi was hot so I can enjoy it more but overall house was beautiful and well put together 5 star.

I had an incredible stay here with Laura. The highlight for me was her super cozy dark green bedroom. The color scheme and decor created such a calming vibe, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The pool was another standout feature. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a day of jumping at Skydive Raleigh. The host was friendly and responsive, and the space had everything I needed.

Great location, wanted something that felt like home for our daughter and dogs while we traveled NC hiking/trail walking for the weekend. We came in late and after settling everyone in we were able to watch TV and play some provided board games. Next morning full kitchen let us make an at home meal had everything we needed. Wife wished we could have stayed another night. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give this property and management 10 stars I would! The house Is quaint and surrounded by trees. It has two large screened porches with plenty of seating. It is the epitome of peacefulness. You feel like you are alone in the woods but you are only 5 or 10 minutes from everything!! The owners were so very responsive and helpful. They are really kind people. We stayed two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer.

The house definitely is a nice place to stay, we didn’t stay long at the house because we were in town to attend an all day event. The house is on half nice area and other isn’t in great neighborhood BUT we didn’t feel unsafe to stay overnight. We are a deaf group so we cannot say if there was anything happening around the house. Flo’s biscuit is a need to add to recommendation restaurant list

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Modern Woodland Retreat. This is a beautiful and cozy home surrounded by a beautiful scenery. The house is nicely furnished, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Traveling in from DFW we really enjoyed the peace and quiet the house provides. The home is also very conveniently located where you can drive 5-8 minutes to the nearest convenience store, but peaceful enough that we got to spot beautiful wildlife. We enjoyed the jacuzzi under peaceful nights full of stars but also fun days playing in the game room. Needless to say, the home is very well managed. Kelly was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this beautiful home.

We LOVED our stay. It was exactly as presented if not better. It was quiet and private and perfect for someone traveling with dogs. The fence is tall and secure. Beds comfy, great shower and coffee. Loved the location too. Pretty and expansive park is right there. Ps: Do not sleep on some of the best Mexican available in the US. We are still talking about the great meal we had at Mi Fondita Los 3 Girasoles. Thank you Kevin! 🙏

The house was beautiful, extremely clean and in a very nice neighborhood. I had a family reunion in the area and needed a place for my family and this place was perfect. It has a hot tub and firepit and a nice back deck. I'd highly recommend.

Sara’s little house is so cozy and beautiful I felt right at home. There are thoughtful little details all over the house that make it feel so welcoming like you are staying with friends and the location is beautiful . Very close to the lake and tons of nature and beautiful stars at night. Sara and Scott were responsive and checked in making sure I was comfortable and gave local recommendations. I highly recommend a stay in this lovely home.

This location was PERFECT for our family vacation in Raleigh! Some highlights: -Location was only 5-10 minutes away from Downtown, 12 from Midtown, and 20 from Durham (where we visited the Museum of Life and Science-a perfect place for family adventure.) -The home was quiet despite it being townhome style and sleeping was super comfortable. Also, great water pressure for the shower! -There’s a park down the street with a field that my daughter witness for the first time lightening bugs! -No strong air fresheners but just enough to smell welcoming and inviting. -Yummy snacks and coffee k-cups were provided! (Our daughter totally snagged the snacks!) -Street parking was safe as it is residential throughout the entire friendly, neighborhood. Restaurants we checked out: -The flying biscuit -Longleaf Bbq -Morgan Street Food Hall Family Activities: -Gipson Playground -Museum of Life and Science -Playground walkable from AirBNB Honestly will be looking to book here again next year!
