The house was absolutely beautiful. The house was spacious, and cozy all on one. We all felt right at home. The house looked just like the pictures, which always a pleasant surprise. Karen was a great host! She responded in a timely manner to every question I had. This is a gem and we will return.

We came to Raleigh with the family for the weekend and Nicole’s home was lovely. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable. The only concern we had was the home seemed a little dusty but otherwise we would highly recommend to any families visiting Raleigh. Having a pool was a great bonus!

Such a wonderful stay! Heather was a great host. The house was beautiful and the pool was fabulous. We loved the area so much that we want to move to Raleigh. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Heather’s hut again!

Fabulous home in a gorgeous neighborhood and location. I did not want to depart when it was time to head home! The townhome was beautifully appointed with nice furniture, fixtures, decor and appliances. Each of the 2 1/2 baths was extremely clean with plush towels and quality shampoo, conditioner and soaps. The linens were sparkling white and beds super comfortable. The townhouse provides easy access to the Neuse River Trail - fantastic for biking and walking - through gorgeous tree-lined neighborhoods. The front door opens to spectacular trees filled with birds singing and even a few deer came by. Jocelyn, the host, was kind, helpful and extremely responsive - providing easy, prompt access and responding to messages. I highly recommend a stay at Jocelyn's townhome if you seek a beautiful home with access to the Wake Forest/Raleigh area.

Our stay at this lake house was absolutely wonderful! The layout of the house is fantastic, providing plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. It's impeccably clean and well stocked with everything we needed, especially the beautiful kitchen which was a joy to cook in. The master bedroom and in-law suite were both luxurious and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun. The outdoor space is where this place truly shines. The pool was amazing, perfect for cooling off on hot days, and the expansive outdoor area provided plenty of room for our family to play games and enjoy the sunshine. While you can’t swim in the lake, fishing and boating are great alternatives. Clare was a fantastic host—so responsive and accommodating. Overall, our family had an incredible time here and didn't want to leave! It's the perfect spot for families looking to relax and have fun together.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, spacious, and in a great location with easy access and clear directions. Perfect for a family getaway — we loved the pool and game room, and the enjoyed relaxing on the deck and in the hot tub. The host was very responsive and helpful, which made everything even smoother. Definitely a place we’d revisit!

We are enjoyed our stay and the home was perfect for our large family. We appreciate the complimentary coffee and s’mores. We found several fun games to play. Would definitely recommend this home.

Amazing experience! The host was very accommodating and the apartment was even better than the pictures. Also everything was close by no more than a 15 min drive.

Our second stay here, and it still exceeded our (already high) expectations! So much thought has been put into making this cottage a home away from home while also feeling like a relaxing getaway. There is so much to love! The place is gorgeous inside and out, and the kitchen and bathroom are incredibly well-stocked. Welcome treats in the kitchen, easy breakfast options at the ready, helpful extras available like toothbrushes, disposable razors, cotton rounds and q-tips in the bathroom, and roses throughout that made us feel special on our anniversary. All the linens and towels are top notch and the bed is comfy. They didn't skimp on anything! If you want to go out to eat, there are great options 15-20 mins away, but we brought our own groceries and cooked for ourselves. There was nothing lacking in the kitchen! We love this place and hope to come again later this year if we can swing it. Don't forget to enjoy the pond view from the porch and swing!

Great location, wanted something that felt like home for our daughter and dogs while we traveled NC hiking/trail walking for the weekend. We came in late and after settling everyone in we were able to watch TV and play some provided board games. Next morning full kitchen let us make an at home meal had everything we needed. Wife wished we could have stayed another night. Would definitely recommend!

This house was very clean, and the furniture was comfortable. I enjoyed my over night stay.

This place was the perfect get away! I booked this Airbnb for a little vacation away for the city for my partner’s birthday, and it ended up being perfect. The massage chairs were killer, the furniture was so nice, and the kitchen had everything you could think of! Even though the town surrounding the Airbnb was small, there were still places you could DoorDash from in the evening, and the local diner spots had amazing food and good company. We are already planning our next trip! I will say, if you are driving there at night, be prepared to use your brights, as it gets VERY dark at night here!

The occasion was a Funeral, however the house was expertly furnished with open living rm, antique pieces, comfort pieces, sitting chairs, throw blankets. This provided a very warm comfort/cozy family orientated environment.

The house was beautiful, extremely clean and in a very nice neighborhood. I had a family reunion in the area and needed a place for my family and this place was perfect. It has a hot tub and firepit and a nice back deck. I'd highly recommend.

Very cooperative when needing to book rental

The house definitely is a nice place to stay, we didn’t stay long at the house because we were in town to attend an all day event. The house is on half nice area and other isn’t in great neighborhood BUT we didn’t feel unsafe to stay overnight. We are a deaf group so we cannot say if there was anything happening around the house. Flo’s biscuit is a need to add to recommendation restaurant list

We stopped to spend just 1 night, It was convenient lokation near I95. Very quiet place to rest.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at! The area was clean and looked even better than the photos. It was so serene and was a nice oasis away from our busy schedule. Rob was the perfect host who was responsive and friendly. He even invited us to the neighborhood block party he was hosting! We would recommend to anyone and will definitely be back the next time we are in town.

We had such a great time at Fanny's place. The house was beautiful and spacious and the beds were so comfortable that I will be buying the exact duvets provided. Fanny is very nice and responds quickly. I highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Was in town with my partner to visit & support a friend who lives close by looking after aging parents & needed a break & some loving support. Staying at Ashley’s creekside Sanctuary was just the ticket. Hot tub nestled under the tree canopy next to the creek was delightful. Home is well cared for & not your typical rental. Lovely neighborhood with mature trees & wide streets. Porch swings just the ticket to unwind or to slip out to answer calls. Bed was comfortable. Great kitchen … we cooked a few meals for our friend & they have a good amount of the necessities to make it easy. Great kitchen table & view out the panoramic window to the backyard & your own enchanted forest. We saw multiple red cardinals, hummingbirds & more while relaxing in the hot tub. They had Hulu & more already loaded to use so was helpful. Overall a great find, just what we were looking for, & we will be back for sure to see & support our friend & Ashley’s Creekside Sanctuary is just the spot. I recommend 🙌

Eric’s place was as pictured and we enjoyed our stay. The house is spacious and nestled away in a quiet neighborhood. All of our activities were 30 min or more away but we didn’t mind the drive. If you looking to be super close to the city this may not be where you want to stay. Didn’t have to communicate any issues to Eric but I did notify him of some findings on the property (nothing bad) and he responded instantly. Check in was a breeze and checkout was quick. Home also came with nice kitchen appliances and a few games in the living room. Has a large deck and plenty of green space in the backyard. I would stay here again.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Modern Woodland Retreat. This is a beautiful and cozy home surrounded by a beautiful scenery. The house is nicely furnished, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Traveling in from DFW we really enjoyed the peace and quiet the house provides. The home is also very conveniently located where you can drive 5-8 minutes to the nearest convenience store, but peaceful enough that we got to spot beautiful wildlife. We enjoyed the jacuzzi under peaceful nights full of stars but also fun days playing in the game room. Needless to say, the home is very well managed. Kelly was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this beautiful home.
