We stayed for just one night with our pups and it was perfect for a quick getaway. Kathleen was very clear in her instructions and check in was easy and quick. The pups loved roaming along the path in front of the house. Would definitely stay again!

Mr and Ms Arnold has a Beautiful home was just as described. They were very communicative and friendly. And she also makes some good fresh baked cookies my children enjoyed when we arrived. I would most definitely recommend staying at this home if you’re visiting the area. Very much makes u feel at home ❤️

Had a great time with my family! We spent memorial weekend here and everything was GREAT! the house itself is beautiful with a lake view! the decor inside and outside the house are all very beautiful! All very close to stores,places to eat, etc.. So we didn’t have to drive far for much! Anything questions we had we were helped within minutes! Communication was great from the host, and instructions super clear for our weekend! We had an awesome time! Kid friendly and pet friendly! would definitely recommend for a stay!

First time using air b&b and definitely would do it again! Roslyn was an amazing host. They had information posted in the house to make sure we knew how to use everythimg everything. If we ever needed help we always felt like we could message or call about anything. The place really felt like home. Thank you for letting us enjoy this beautiful place! Would love to come stay again one day!

We have stayed with Kathleen before, and it is always a great experience! We enjoy the privacy and the access to the pond. Our family has made many great memories here. We lost our daughter 2 weeks ago, and I wanted this to be the place we came after her memorial. It was one of the last places we were together as a family. Kathleen made sure to accommodate us and was so thoughtful. I will definitely be back again. It's becoming our home away from home when we visit our family in Dallas. Thank you Kathleen!

We needed a base of operations for our extended family for a week long visit. Vlad's place was a half mile from our home. The small, uncluttered house was a perfect landing spot! Vlad kept in touch for the entire stay to make sure we had whatever we needed. It was a perfect fit.

We had a great stay at Kathleen’s place! It was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was perfect—just a quick 7-minute drive to The Pearl at Sabine Creek, where we were for a wedding. The space was just right for the two of us, and we really appreciated the strong water pressure and nice hot showers. Kathleen was a fantastic host, and we’d definitely love to come back and try one of the bigger cabins next time. Highly recommend!

Just want to express my gratitude to Gerard and Ramona for the use of their place. My parents live 2.3 miles away and we wanted to have my family down from Northern VA for the holidays. This included my youngest daughter's boyfriend's family from California, who after the weekend became family as my daughter's boyfriend proposed to her at the Cowboys/Redskins game. Even though we were not there much of the time the place is much larger than the square footage indicates and the place is immaculate. Eventually my Mom and Dad will be moving to an even smaller place in a retirement facility and I plan on coming back to the Little Red cabin! On suggestion for our circumstances in particular would be to remove the materials on the driveway. Even though we had ample space to park the 42' fifth wheel RV, having the extra room would have made jockeying around a bit easier. Regardless, this place was a godsend for what my family needed this Christmas, not just in its proximity but also in its overall comfortableness. Thank you very much for providing a place that allowed so many of us to come together for an unforgettable Holiday!!

The house was beautiful and very welcoming. We had a large group and the home was large enough for everyone to have their own area to relax and enjoy some personal space but also the living areas were large enough for us to gather together. The pool was fabulous to relax in and around. Angela was the absolute kindest host and I would recommend this property to anyone.
