Martha's house is just like the pictures! Immaculately clean, artistic, quirky, and full of personality. Spectacular views. Less than 10 min. to W&L and the heart of Lexington. Martha is incredibly kind and thoughtful, and absolutely communicates well. We arrived late at night, and the keypad checkin was a breeze. Highly, highly recommend!

This is a great house in a very relaxing setting right on the river. Comfortable beds and nice common areas especially the screened in porch. Very close to downtown Lexington! Highly recommend this house!

Such a unique, fun place to stay! Awesome location that’s walkable to downtown and a park/river for kiddos to play. We absolutely loved this Airbnb and wish we could’ve stayed longer. There’s a book detailing the history of the property which was so cool! I highly recommend this rental!

We had a very enjoyable stay, had everything we needed in a quiet location. Paul and Jennifer put a lot of character into the space with games and fun items for their guests to enjoy. A nice outside space to with a fire pit and chairs. Paul was an excellent host with great communication, very helpful, we could not have asked for anything more. I highly recommend any properties hosted by Paul.

The house had plenty of room for our 5 families. The 3 grandparents were upstairs and our 3 children/spouses and 5 grandchildren downstairs. There is also a den area upstairs that our 2 older grandchildren enjoyed. The pool was a little bit of a walk to get to but the kids enjoyed it greatly! We walked down to the creek and took lots of pictures! Saw several deer and other wildlife. It is very peaceful and beautiful!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was incredibly spacious and perfect for our group of 12. The views were stunning, and everything was clean and well maintained. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable, making it easy for everyone to relax. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I especially appreciated the designated fenced in dog area, such a thoughtful touch for those traveling with pets. The late check-out time was also a huge plus and allowed us to enjoy our final morning without feeling rushed. Highly recommend this place!

Had a great time! Not far from several towns. Close to the Otter Lake which is a great walk. The cabin was well-maintained, and had everything we needed.

Nice, remote and private cabin in the woods. Beautiful area with lots of things to do. We had great weather and enjoyed visiting Warm Springs for dinner, Garth Newel for a fantastic concert and Douthat state park for a hike and burger at the lakeside restaurant. The only challenge we found was the lack of EV chargers in the area.

Great long weekend stay! The theater room was loved by the kids! Beautiful home in a beautiful setting! Great value. And great hosts.

Melanie's home was clean and inviting. It was surprisingly charming considering it is a basement apartment. We loved the swings outside and the spacious indoor space. The bedroom is comfortable and welcoming and everything was very clean and tidy. Melanie was a delightful host. She answered all of our questions in a very timely manner and provicded clear instructions. We would gladly stay here again! Very nice stay!

We had an amazing time! The cottage was clean, extremely stocked with lots of extras which was so nice. The views are incredible. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. They are close if you need anything but the house is very private. The adults, kid and dogs loved it! Hope to come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this farmhouse. It is in a beautiful setting and we wished we had more time to spend here. We only had time to walk down to the water for a little bit, but it would have been a perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee or an evening campfire. We loved the quiet countryside and saw a lot of deer on our drive to the house. The house was well furnished and the beds very comfortable. It was very clean and rates as one of our top Airbnb experiences. My only concern was that without central air, we would be too warm, but there were plenty of units and we even had to turn down the living room unit because we were chilly. :) We give this place 5 stars!

Shauna’s cabin is FANTASTIC! It’s so lovely inside and the view is amazing. Sitting on the porch, gazing at the fields and mountains was so peaceful. The bed is very comfortable as well, an important feature! I’m going back in August 😄

We were in the area for a wedding at Big Spring Farm. Cochran’s place was just a short drive away. The location is very quiet and peaceful. The house is comfortable and well decorated with interesting artwork. The screened in porch is very nice. Wish we had had time to use the fire pit.
