Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Roccamare

Anna Maria and her husband welcomed us to their little corner of paradise. A very nice place with a panoramic view from above towards the cliff and the sea. Pratesi is about 8 km from Marciana Alta and 14 km from Marciana Marina. You feel good and breathe good air. The sheets and towels were not included in the service but were delivered to us by the host. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place.

Isolated place among the various farms in the countryside, but wonderful in the early morning with the fantastic view, with outdoor breakfast and the silence that characterizes it for days of pure relaxation. 😎 Recommended. ✍️

Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Beautiful location for an airbnb in a beautiful city. A stones throw from piazza del campo and the rest of the center of the city. Terrace outside is also a beautiful spot to enjoy a morning coffee or relax before going to sleep. AC worked great, would highly recommend this location.

Valentines place is super cute and I highly recommend this place for a great getaway! She was super helpful to us with everything. We had a great stay at her place.

The place was beautiful and beautifully located. Very quiet and idyllic. We were able to watch fireflies, a wild cat, and lots of other animals. The space itself is even better than the pictures. Just had a wonderful time. But the best is Francesco's hospitality. He was helpful and very warm. We will be happy to return.

A lovely apartment within walking distance of the beach and village. The outdoor space is not that large but large enough to sit comfortably. Inside it is much more spacious and very cozy and tastefully decorated by Angelo. Of all the comforts including a beautiful bathroom. Would go there again in a heartbeat and really recommended! We stayed at "laoro" for five days (four nights) and had a very good time. The owners are friendly, they gave us all the useful information for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The place is sheltered and very peaceful. The house is comfortable and clean. We had our large dog with us and we found no difficulty. There is Lake Accesa nearby, very comfortable, but in any case we were not too far from the beaches of Follonica. Great experience.

Nice little house in a very large enclosed yard with a beautiful house in front with several rentals. Functional, enough to cook in terms of utensils. Provide extra bath towels for the pool. Nothing is closed or locked outside between rentals (ideal place to organize a family stay, family reunion or with friends, the setting is so ready) with this beautiful swimming pool (totally fenced for security) plenty of space around, it's not disturbing if there are several people, deckchair, it is cleaned every day. Very green setting with farm animals (ponies, donkeys, pigs, cow and her calf, etc.) nearby and wild boars. Just for info it's nestled, no view but rejuvenating because in nature. We did not meet Giancarlo who is very responsive to messages but we met his son with his small family who are very friendly, give advice and information, they like to exchange. Thank you all

Our stay was perfect all around! We immediately felt at home. The accommodation is not only convincing because of the great location and surroundings, it was also wonderfully furnished and nothing was missing. We would like to especially highlight Ranieri's warm hospitality. He was always available and helpful. We would come back.

Independent apartment, very clean, spacious, equipped with all services and with a large terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and admire the view. Nestled in the fields, the place is quiet and calm, an excellent refuge for visiting the beautiful surroundings. Very, very kind and helpful hosts, full of care and advice. It was a more than pleasant stay. Ezio and Angela's home is a small paradise surrounded by nature. We were welcomed as family. Communication was great, easy and good advice. I really appreciated the great flexibility in check-in and check-out that made us independent. Everything really great! We'll definitely be back! Very convenient to reach the thermal springs of Petriolo: just under half an hour by car in the middle of the countryside.

The villa is delicious, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything , it feels like it's at home The garden and terrace are beautiful , the enchanting view and ranges from Corsica ( you can see the sunset every night) to the island of Elba to the coasts of Italy The countless tables and lounge chairs make you enjoy every corner of the garden in a different way, the fence is very comfortable for those who have dogs ... mine had a great time and enjoyed the stay running and playing and it was very relaxing to know them safely Nearby there is a small grocery store and a bakery , Sant'Andrea is a very small village with a beautiful beach The caretaker and host are always available A truly memorable experience Thanks to the owners of the Villa who really thought of everything :)

Had an amazing time with Sara & Simone - truly the best hosts we've come across. The place was fantastic, amazing views by the pool, great room, clean and all the amenities needed are available. Sara & Simone are great hosts, they made us breakfast one day which was amazing, fresh organic food with the best view. And all their local recommendations and reservations made our trip in Tuscany much nicer. Can't wait to come back again 👌

Mauro has always been extremely available for any clarification or request. The accommodation is well maintained and well stocked with everything you need (lots of kitchenware). The location is strategic to reach the sea or the center of Follonica. The availability of bicycles is very much appreciated.

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

Mirkos place is by far the standout for our trip in Italy. The view is just stunning and his placve has a very olde worlde Italian feel. Fits perfectly with the Siena vibe. Thank you Mirko!

Large apartment, well-furnished, clean.

Staying at the Valentini farm is like a family experience. Chiara, Luca and Giovanni immediately made us feel at home, with a warm welcome received upon our arrival and with so much availability, friendliness, affability and attention throughout the holiday, but without any intrusion. The estate is a place to regenerate, immersed in nature and in the endless expanses of vineyards and olive trees, which the Valentini family takes care of with so much love. The apartment is equipped with all comforts and an intimate outdoor space to fully enjoy the stay, with shared areas where vacationers have the utmost mutual respect. In addition to the naturalistic experience, the pool is one of the highlights to enjoy on hot days. Finally, the farm is in a strategic position that gives access to the main local attractions (from the sea to the hill, from the crystal clear waters to the medieval towns) just a few kilometers by car. It was the experience we were looking for and what we recommend.

My friend and I were warmly welcomed and everything was shown and explained to us. We were allowed to use a wide variety of herbs and vegetables from the farm garden. We got fresh eggs and homemade olive oil. We were also allowed to taste the wine and bought a few bottles right away. The three farm dogs are sweet and we have taken them to heart. We were allowed to use the bicycles and Edoardo showed us the way to the park. All in all, the Agriturismo is highly recommended and we had a very nice time. Thank you!
