The place is absolutely beautiful!! The surroundings are breathtaking and peaceful. I’d definitely go back for another visit. Communication was seamless and efficient.

One of the most amazing places. My boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights and it definitely wasn't long enough! The home itself was very substantial and had everything needed. It was situated in one of the most beautiful places with a dam and lovely wildlife. A lovely place for a break away. Would definitely go back again!

We loved our stay and had so much fun hiking on the farm!

It's super rare for us to go to an Airbnb and have no desire to leave it and explore the surrounding area. We spent hours deep into the evening on the little rope patio and some blankets. Unmatched views and plenty of privacy! Would 1000% recommend.

Lovely secluded cottage overlooking the river with acres of space outside and the bonus is "pet friendly!" The river can be explored by canoe or just bring along some pool floaters. The outside deck was lovely, with gorgeous views. Braai area was convenient with a nice spotlight in the evening. Else was a great host, and added special touches for my birthday which made it very special. The cottage has rustic charm, no TV but the wifi was perfect! Else is also a lovely artist!

Spent a wonderful few days on Swayneskloof Farm. Lea, the Owner, is super friendly and inviting. She met us upon check-in and gave us the lay of the land. Farm was easy 2 find. A rustic renovated farmers cottage with everything required for a comfortable stay. Pristine, new crisp bedding with electric blankets.Fully kitted kitchen. Beautiful green setting with a splash pool and river to entertain. We took a hike on the farm to see the zebras. My 2 Boston terriers had a field day exploring. We could hear the lions roar on queue every morning and evening on the neighbouring farm, Cornellskop, which is an animal sanctuary. Overall, a stellar stay. We will be back.

Very cute and cosy cottage with the most stunning views. We were 3 adults and a toddler and we really enjoyed our stay. Perfect place if you like the quiet and outdoors. We loved seeing the springbok from afar and the zebra’s, that came to visit us at the cottage. The cottage has all amenities needed for a convenient stay. Only other remark is that the pool area was a bit further away (not walking distance with a toddler) than anticipated, and it’s quite basic. Still enjoyed a nice swim on a hot day. Totally recommend booking this cottage!

We had a lovely stay. Very peaceful and secluded. Our dogs enjoyed splashing around in the river.

My stay was just idyllic... The cabin has the right comforts without it being clutter. What a great memory.

Such a beautiful space, living next to the river, the sounds of birds in the morning, being able to pull open the sides of the cabin to really feel in nature. And a little canoe down the breede river was incredible. All round a very relaxing little getaway. Excited to come back!

Absolute Bliss! We spent 3 nights at this romantic farm cabin just outside Montagu, and it was everything we hoped for. Peaceful, private, and beautifully set up — with a hot tub, outdoor braai, a dreamy outdoor shower, and a huge bath inside. Our two dogs had the best time exploring, and we loved the self-check-in and warm hospitality from Danielle Keller. Perfect spot to unwind and reconnect. We'll definitely be back!

So staying at the guesthouse in the cabins was overall a great experience. The Cabins were clean as well as close to the bathrooms with good amenities. The property is absolutely beautiful with lots to do on site. Cabins are very close to the chicken coop with some roosters that were cock-a-doodle-dooing in the morning. Overall all a great experience would like to come back to stay in the manor.

This was a comfortable stay in a lovely space. Best bed ever! The host was very friendly and responsive.

We enjoyed a lovely two days at Lika's spot. She was very welcoming and helpful, and was very kind to let us check in earlier than normal because the house was ready for us. Thank you for the lovely, peaceful stay.

A breathtaking stay. We were honestly blown away and will absolutely be booking another stay. It’s such an incredible escape and the 4x4 track is a bit of a thrill. I was also really impressed with how well stocked the cottage was - it has everything you’d need! I highly recommend this spot!

Such a beautiful place, Dorita is a legend. Loved the hikes and the beautiful sunset views. MAKE SURE YOU LOCK THE HOUSE AND CLOSE THE WINDOWS… or you will be baboon raided, we learned the hard way.

I think the two major highlights of this place is the huge fireplace and the big balcony with view. David was very good in communicating what to expect in terms of warmth and electricity. I liked that we could check in and out by just following his detailed instructions. The place was incredibly clean for such an off-the-grid place. Come here if you want a nice peaceful weekend, reading by the fire.

That was the perfect house for a week end with the family. Hidden in the forest, the house is beautiful and everything is well thought, especially with two boys (trampoline and legos were the best). Dinner by the pit fire with nice local lamb on the Braai. Showering with nice hot water outside looking at the mountains. It was amazing. And Lika was an amazing host, always trying to help us and make our stay even better.

We really enjoyed our time here. The staff were so kind and accommodating. The cabin was cozy and the surrounding gardens and scenery were so peaceful. It’s a really lovely retreat. The braai area and pool was also very nice - this an ideal place for a couple or young family. Would definitely recommend, it will be worth it!
