I had the pleasure of staying at Barbara's bed and breakfast in West End, Roatan, and it was an incredible experience. Barbara is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Her warmth and hospitality truly made me feel at home, and by the end of my stay, she had become a dear friend. The accommodations were lovely—clean, cozy, and perfectly situated away from the bustle of the touristy areas. This peaceful location allowed me to fully appreciate the natural beauty of Honduras while still being close enough to enjoy everything Roatan has to offer. I highly recommend Barbara's beautiful place to anyone visiting West End. If you're looking for a serene and authentic experience, this is it!

Apartment is located right above the Loto. So in the same building only on the second floor. Very pleasant location. lively surroundings. Nice Host.

First of of all if you are reading the review about considering booking this awesome place, don’t look any further, the peace, tranquility and the view is top tier. Cleanliness outstanding, customer service 5 star, the neighborhood very cultural, very close to everything, most the best spots are no more than 30 min away by car, the sunrise & sunset is to die for. Beautiful & spacious very much recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bonnie gave us great info especially about pre precheck beforehand, and had a great binder with wonderful info on restaurants and attractions. Very cozy accommodation with everything we needed. I would come back.

My family had an amazing time at what my kids called "Their own private 5 star resort." Seeing the pool in person is inspiring and a favorite place for all of us to spend from sunrise to sunset. The views are so fantastic being perched on top of West Bay yet only 135 steps down a path to town. We came with a rental car so that we could explore the entire island, but in retrospect would not have needed one if we spent our entire time in West Bay. We all loved the outdoor kitchen and dining table and enjoyed all our meals at home while we took in the scenic views. Everyone in our family found there favorite outdoor seating area and was able to relax in either sun or shade at any hour of the day. The beds were comfortable and it was so quiet and peaceful at night making falling asleep a breeze. If you are reading this please book this Airbnb as it is one of a kind and an experience you should not miss.

This place was great! Nice little room, freezing cold AC, great pool, and a quick walk to West Bay Beach. Special shoutout to our contact Johnny who made staying here easy and relaxing. I would come again for sure!

Great place to stay in West Bay! Ana had someone greet us at the airport and take us to the grocery store. The apartment was clean and modern with a well appointed kitchen and bathroom. A bonus was a very nice outdoor seating area. The short walk to the beach was safe and well lit. Our favorite restaurant was at the end of the lane with the best happy hour on the beach. It is hot there, but the air conditioner in the bedroom cools it down quickly. Recommended!

We had a WONDERFUL stay! The unit was large, airy, and clean. We had a total of 10 people from two families staying, and we had more than enough space. The unit includes two large airmattresses, which the younger kids slept on. The unit is right on the beach and walking distance from a lovely beach area where cruise passengers stop for the day. In addition, the pools are great! There are two large community pools in addition to the 3rd floor private pool. We ate out twice at Smoky Grill, which is within walking distance, well-priced, and has an amazing atmosphere with rope swings over the water and tiki bar upstairs. The only thing to note is there is not a grocery store within walking distance, so it is smart to make a stop at Eldon's when you arrive. Both the airport and ferry terminal are really close. We made a day trip to West End to see some of the more touristy areas, but we really enjoyed the quieter side of the island.

Our family enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. The kitchen is well supplied, including a good outdoor grill, which gave us lots of room to cook together. We enjoyed the pool as it book ended our days out at the beach. We enjoy a good walk which is needed to get to the beach. And going through kimpton hotel shortens the walk and gets you to the beach spot that leads you to great snorkelling. we also enjoyed drinks and snacks at the hotel’s restaurant sea cat while aT the beach. We gathered together in the large living room and the beautiful deck while also enjoying the privacy of our own bedrooms. Thanks for a great vacation

Dave’s place is actually better than what you see in the pictures. I stayed for a week to do some remote work and just enjoyed my time there even though I was working most of the time. In the morning the singing of the birds wake you and you walk out to the porch to enjoy the beautiful view of half moon bay beach. Anita (Dave’s wife) was a darling, always greeted me with a smile and asked to make sure if I was having a good experience at their place. Even though the room is attached to the main house, Dave and Anita give their host the privacy they desire. Overall, it was one of my best stays in Roatan and would definitely consider staying there again.

Hubby and I had a delightful vacation! We wanted an opportunity to explore that end of the island and enjoyed this beautiful home to relax and unwind. The views are lovely, especially when relaxing on the balcony and hammock, and the sound of the ocean is peaceful. The house is located in a generally quiet area and has a great vibe. The living spaces are large and airy with fantastic breezes. It is a newly built home and everything was new, including appliances, cookware, silverware, etc. It is beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and comfortable inside and outside. Mira was a fantastic host and responded quickly to communication. Andrew, the property manager, lives downstairs and was helpful when needed but respected our privacy. He is the artist who painted the many amazing murals and took great pride in showing his work. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us and we can’t wait to return!

Our stay at this house was simply spectacular. The architecture is stunning, with spacious and comfortable areas perfect for resting and relaxing. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. A true highlight was the breathtaking ocean view and the privilege of snorkeling right in front of the house—an unforgettable experience. We also want to highlight Giuseppe’s attention and kindness. He was always cheerful, helpful, and extremely responsive to all our questions. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Without a doubt, it was a wonderful experience that we would love to repeat.

This was a beautiful rental, it was even better than the pictures. It’s so close and walkable to many things. The host was amazing and helpful and helped arrange transportation from the airport which was so easy. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fatima and Tirza were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with anything we might need, available on chat, and Tirza lives right in the area. They picked us up from the airport and returned us to the airport at the end of the stay. They gave us lots of recommendations about where to go. The condo is spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. Simple comfortatable place with new quiet air conditioners. Walkable to West End, it's a bit of a walk up the hill, about 10 minutes, but you get a chance to walk off your last meal and get your steps in. Thank you very much Fatima and Tirza!
