This was such a wonderful experience! The house was beautiful and spacious, and the host is so generous and thoughtful 😊 so thankful for all accommodations and a very helpful/resourceful host. There's a reason why this place stays booked!! If you're looking for a special vacation, this is the one! I'd love to come back next year ❤️

Overall, this was a great vacation spot. Hosts were great! House was great! We had a small inconvenience with three people coming the first day to service different parts of the house, but once addressed the host’s accommodated our requests well. Location is nice!

Ditto to what everyone else has said, this place is absolutely incredible! SO close to the beach and in a new development this quiet and boho chic townhouse was exactly what we needed for a beach getaway. The beds are so comfortable and the house is clean and exactly as pictured and described. A definite place for a family to stay to enjoy the OBX!

Greatful to find this short stay which is hard to find! This was the perfect location for the wedding we attended at the marina pavillion. Clean and tidy. On the 3rd floor so nice view from chairs on the deck of pond below and some of the fishing charters. Would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great vacation. The house was beautiful with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us!! The house is private but very close to the beach, dunes, restaurants and shops. Would definitely love to visit again!

Our group had such a great time at Andy’s place, especially with the pool and the dock out back. The house was nice and clean with plenty of beds for everyone to get a good night of sleep after playing all day.

This is an excellent location for the entire Outer Banks. Recommendations on things to do and places to eat were very good. The automatic lights for taking the dog out at night were perfect. Check in/out instructions were very detailed. Jenna & Tim were great hosts. Lots of amenities and great layout. Lots of fans, lighting and outlets. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. When we return to the Outer Banks this will be the first place we look for availability. Gia’s DuckUtopia was everything we hoped it would be! There was something for everyone in my family. Although Gia provided lots of ideas and tips for the area, we loved just hanging out. The views of the sound were amazing. The pool and hot tub were perfect. My husband and son enjoyed the kayaks. My husband and daughter also enjoyed fishing for crab. Cleaning up with the outdoor shower after the beach was so easy. We loved all the amenities, especially the kitchen gadgets! All we needed to bring was food and towels for the beach. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We hope to return next year…to finish the ping pong match that got rained out! What a relaxing time! Thanks, Gia!

We all felt very at home, the house is gorgeous and the beach is right there. We each had our own room and bathroom. Carrie was always quick to respond to our questions. We definitely want to go back there if possible next year and use her house again. None of us wanted to leave. We even saw dolphins from her deck, it was amazing. Thank you Carrie for everything!!!

This was our first time in the Outer Banks and we loved this cottage for our family of five. It was convenient, clean, had a great kitchen, very cute, wonderful views of the beach and ocean, and the deck had a walkway over the dunes right to the beach. The location was close to grocery stores and other amenities. Diane provided beach chairs and an umbrella and the deck had a shower to clean up before going back in. All of this made our stay here easy, relaxing, and fun. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I’ll review based on importance to me- First-very clean Second-very comfortable king size bed. My husband and I both slept great during g our stay Third-very conviene to beach. Easy walk to beach. I would highly recommend Amy’s place. I would suggest bringing a dish cloth and towel to help with dish cleanup. We bought a couple at the grocery store. Otherwise, nothing to add to Amy’s description. It met all of our needs and we had a fantastic stay.

Kathryn’s home is beautifully designed with the comfort of her guests a priority. It’s clean, spacious, comfortably furnished with many amenities, in a great location, and offers lots of “front porch sittin’.” Kathryn was very responsive, and I would be happy to rent from her again.

My family came here for spring break and spent 4 nights at the house. The house was clean and inviting and my kids loved that they had the upstairs bedrooms to themselves. Dan was extremely responsive when I messaged him with questions and the hot tub was perfect due to the spotty weather we experienced. We had a great time!

We loved our stay in Tranquility. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood and conveniently located for all the places we wanted to visit. Robin was great to deal with. Would stay here again and would recommend.

The house was absolutely beautiful and Denise was so responsive to our needs 😊 The outdoor lights weren't working and within 15 minutes of notification, someone was over to fix the lights and get them working. Great stay overall!! Would love to rent again!!

We were in Manteo for my daughter’s wedding. Staying at the Croatan Cottage made the whole experience that much more special. This house takes you back in time. Sitting on the front porch was relaxing. I loved that it was close to everything. This was our first time using an Airbnb. Dee made it very easy & stress free. I would highly recommend Croatan Cottage & plan to come back soon.

Perfect place for family time! My family plus dog enjoyed our stay very much. The house looks just like the pictures provided, we enjoyed morning breakfast on the back screened in porch and fun filled afternoons kayaking and laying out on the back dock. The house was clean and very well maintained. We enjoyed our stayed so much we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Swimming and Boating over Memorial Day weekend! The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located—just a short walk to the beach with beautiful views. Debbie, was fantastic—she communicated clearly and thoughtfully throughout our stay, and even left us an amazing bottle of wine, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This home certainly makes for a relaxing vacation, as you have direct walk-out access to the beach; it feels warm and welcoming, everything you need to unwind and simply enjoy the sea and sand. Ideal location. We would definitely stay again.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. The house provided great amenities and we were able to relax and get some work done at the same time. It was quiet and relaxing with a pool and sauna, which we did get much use out of. It was just a short drive to the beaches which made for a nice day trip. Highly recommend.

The absolute perfect location. Centrally located and close to all great things OBX! The apartment was pristine with updated decor and stocked with lots of extras such as coolers, bikes, beach chairs etc. Great experience!!
