La posizione è strategica: la casa è in una posizione tranquilla, ma non isolata; potrete raggiungere a piedi una panetteria, due ristoranti e un bar; poco oltre c'è il centro commerciale 45° Nord. Il loft si trova a pochi minuti da Torino, raggiungibile in auto, autobus (fermata a 200 m) o metro (stazione a pochi minuti d'auto). Il patio, il giardino recintato e gli ampi spazi rendono questa sistemazione adatta tutto l'anno.
