Very nice apartment with everything we needed. The terrace is really nice and the bed comfortable! It was easy to communicate with Maria Luisa and she was accommodating! The location was great, very close to the train station and the center of Ravenna! I would recommend this place!

Die Unterkunft und der Garten sind einfach ein Traum – liebevoll gestaltet, ruhig gelegen und mit einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Besonders der Pool mit dem weiten Blick über die toskanische Landschaft war für uns ein Highlight – morgens wie abends ein absoluter Genuss. Vito ist ein großartiger Gastgeber: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an wohlgefühlt und die ganze Woche über die Ruhe und Schönheit des Ortes genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge: Florenz, Siena, Arezzo oder auch kleinere Orte wie San Gimignano oder Cortona – alles ist in etwa einer Stunde bis eineinhalb gut erreichbar. Abends haben wir oft gekocht und den Sonnenuntergang im Garten genossen – mit einem Glas Wein und einfach nur Stille. Ich habe diese Unterkunft bereits mehreren Freunden empfohlen – drei haben schon gebucht – und ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein Ort zum Abschalten, Genießen und einfach Sich-Gut-Fühlen.

Schönes, hübsch eingerichtetes und blitzsauberes Appartement. Sehr schönes Badezimmer. Alles in der Stadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Parkplätze in der Nähe (ca. 300m), einer gratis, einer kostenpflichtig. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir die Rolltreppen genutzt, was ein kleiner Umweg ist. Schneller geht's vom Parkplatz direkt hinauf über einige kurze, flache Stufen und etwas holpriges Gelände. Holprig aber auch der Weg zu den Rolltreppen. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

È stato un soggiorno veramente piacevole. La casa era perfetta e l'host è stata estremamente flessibile con il check out. La casa è completa di tutto ed è veramente ben attrezzata.

Das Casal del Sole liegt auf einem Hügel in mitten der tollen Landschaft. Man hat einen einzigartigen 360Grad Rund-um-Blick. Ideal auch mit Kindern, da es einen kleinen Spielplatz gibt. Tischtennis, Kicker und genug Platz für gemütliches Sitzen an diversen Chill-out Areas oder gemütliches Grillen. Vom sehr großen Pool hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die schönen Hügel. Wir haben 2 der 4 Wohnungen bewohnt und waren jeweils sehr begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet, besonders natürlich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit der tollen überdachten Terrasse Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnungen, Poolbereich, Ruhezonen, extra Küche ist sehr sehr gut und durchdacht. Stefano und Alessandro mit ihren Familien kümmern sich bis ins letzte Detail um alles. Selten haben wir so eine Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail irgendwo erlebt. Hier kommt Gastfreundschaft von ganzem Herzen. Wir haben uns selten an einem Ort so gut erholt. Danke!

Giampaolo and Sabrina were very welcoming and accommodating during our stay in Fano. The apartment is in immaculate condition, has fantastic amenities, including a high quality shower. Check in and check out were very easy. The room is situated right in the heart of Fano, and is walking distance to the train station. Highly recommended for your stay in Fano.

die Wohnung fand ich super. Die Küche inkl. Geshirrspühler und allem was man so braucht würde es auch für einen löngeren Aufenthalt tun. Toll war auch das man beim Eingang alles was man so braucht wie Kaffekapseln,Salz,Pfeffee,Öl mitnehemen konnte. David ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Mauro e sua moglie sono stati davvero speciali: sempre accoglienti e disponibili sin dal momento della prenotazione e per tutto il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno fatto sentire esattamente a casa. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario. Il giardino curato in ogni angolo e con vista sulle foreste casentinesi è un posto di relax assoluto. Inoltre la posizione della struttura è ideale per visitare non solo i luoghi limitrofi, ma anche la vicina Toscana e i principali centri della Romagna.

Dejligt beliggende hus med skøn udsigt. Et hus med masser af sjæl og virkelig god plads. Traditionelt Italiensk køkken, med mulighed for at tænde op og grille. Fano er en hyggelig by som ikke er fyldt med turister. Marche regionen har de smukkeste landskaber hvor alle de lækre Italienske grøntsager og frugter dyrkes. Et besøg på Guirreri gården kan varmt anbefales. Vi havde en skøn ferie i Veronicas hus. Meget søg og behagelig vært.

Un posto bellissimo, immerso nella campagna collinare del Casentino. Un immobile ristrutturato con grandissima cura e gusto nel quale si respira la storia del proprietario e la sua arte. Prati, alberi, arbusti, specchi d'acqua e un bellissimo orto sono la cornice di tutto questo. In più si ha l'impressione di essere ospiti di un amico e non clienti di una struttura ricettiva. Per mio conto, tornerò sicuramente.

Ho soggiornato in questa casa a Fano con la mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L’appartamento è carino, comodo e situato in pieno centro, con una splendida terrazza affacciata sui tetti del centro storico — davvero suggestiva! Giacomo e Alberto sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili, ci hanno anche fornito le biciclette per muoverci comodamente e ci hanno permesso di lasciare la casa con calma nella mattinata della partenza. Un soggiorno piacevolissimo, lo consigliamo!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Nous avons trouvé l'endroit calme et reposant au cœur d'un superbe paysage . Un lieu parfait pour découvrir San Marino et San Leo situés à une douzaine de kms.

Such a fantastic place to stay in Porto Corsini! It was walking distance from the cruise terminal, and was a nice and quiet place to relax. The beach is very close by with stores on the way. Super nice sand with wind surfing and fishing.

Tolle Unterkunft, gut eingerichtet, perfekt ausgestattet, bequemes Bett, schöne Balkone, Badezimmer mit Fenster. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einem angenehmen, ruhigen Wohnviertel, in 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, einen Supermarkt gibt es in der Nähe. Rundherum ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Ravenna. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit Anna und Paolo war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, einen besseren Ort, Ravenna zu entdecken, kann es kaum geben.

Marco’s place truly over-delivered on every expectation. The apartment is stunning – beautifully renovated, full of natural light, and so well-thought-out that you instantly feel at home. It’s not just a stopover kind of place – you’ll want to spend a few days here to really enjoy it. Everything was pristine clean and modern, with unique touches throughout. The reading corner in particular is such a charming, cozy spot – a real highlight that makes the space feel special. I honestly wish I had stayed longer! One small note of caution: in one of the two bathrooms (the one with the bathtub), there’s a low beam that could be easy to bump your head on – just something to keep in mind. Other than that, this was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve had. The surroundings are incredibly peaceful and atmospheric, like stepping into a small village. You’ll need to park the car about 4 minutes away, but it’s absolutely worth it for the calm and the pedestrian-only vibe.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

We hebben het heel fijn gehad. De studio was fijn en comfortabel. Fijne bedden! Oscar was heel aardig en pro actief . Hij helpt je graag! Omgeving was top zo in juni ook niet mega druk. Rustige veilige buurt.

Magnifique appartement avec son charme. J'étais seule, mais cela est bien assez grand pour une petite famille avec la chambre séparée au fond. Angy a été si sympathique lorsque nous nous sommes rencontrées. J'avais l'impression d'être avec une amie de longue date. Le quartier piétonnier est tout juste à côté et bien agréable. De mon côté, le stationnement à 5 minutes de marche était parfait pour moi. Il est sécurisé et à l'ombre sous l'auvent. Il y a tout de même de l'espace pour se garer devant l'appartement et s'arrêter rapidement en toute sécurité pour déposerles bagages, même si nous n'avons pas le droit. Cela était pratique voyageant seule avec un chien et beaucoup de matériel. Bel arrêt imprévu. Il faut toutefois penser à récupérer les clés du stationnement avant de s'y diriger. J'y retournerais et je recommande fortement! Merci Angy!

Accoglienza al top, piccole attenzioni dedicate al cliente assai gradevoli. Casa pulita e in ordine, dotata di tutti i comfort. Prezzo giusti. Ci siamo trovati bene. Zona un po’ periferica ma comunque a pochi passi dal centro di Jesi, che merita di essere visitato.

Very well equipped and modern apartment in a private location but still walkable to riccione. Clean and well organised. Friendly and responsive host.
