Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

Our family had an incredible stay at Abraham’s Airbnb in San Pancho. The location was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect mix of tranquility and charm. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. What truly made our stay exceptional was Abraham’s hospitality—he went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. His local recommendations were spot on, and his kindness made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

Great stay in Sayulita. Private and secluded yet walkable to down. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here with big groups. Every bedroom had its own full bathroom.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

What a wonderful spot in Bucerias! The home is exactly as described. Although it is not freestanding, it is part of a larger complex but extremely private. The town is undergoing major construction presently, but that did not hamper our wonderful stay. Great restaurants were a short walk away. Wonderful art studios. Only twenty minutes from PV and not quite as busy as Sayulita, this place is still a bit of an undiscovered gem. Manuel was responsive to a short notice request and proactive in addressing possible issues before they ever happened. The place is as described - clean, spacious, modern, open, and just lovely.

My husband, myself and our 3 kids had a WONDERFUL time at Cesar’s place! The setup was perfect, and I cant express enough how beautiful the views were from the back patio. The property is a 3 minute walk to the Faro Grill which offers an incredible view and great food. We spent most of our days going back and forth between the pool and the practically private beach that is directly behind the property. The security guard to the neighborhood helped us feel safe, and Cesar was extremely responsive and often checked in. I would recommend this to families, couples or anyone looking for a peaceful vacation, and it is close enough to Bucerias and Puerto Vallarta if you want to experience those places as well. Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

Great place. It was quiet even though it was on the main road. Perfect location

This house was perfect for multi generational family (multiple levels is something to think about if mobility is issue) We had more than enough space for all family members to gather either on deck off kitchen, upper deck where bbq and fire table overlooks ocean view and the stars at night were incredible. If that’s not enough, the spectacular infinity pool was amazing to relax, swim or play card games outside, or sneak off on your own and find plenty of spaces in or out to read your favourite book. This was the perfect end to our vacation as was quiet but only a 10 minute walk to beach or 20 min car ride to SAN Pancho (SAN Francisco) where that small town vibe with markets, many restaurants and ocean front greets you. We had all we needed for a perfect getaway and hosts were very responsive to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Janet's property. Location: nice & quiet, two blocks to the beach (the less busy northside of the beach), very close to a number of good eating places, >10-minute walk to the downtown, and not on the hill! Property Management: The Tu Casa team were excellent and very helpful. Two of them met us upon arrival and provided helpful information. Janet popped by to introduce herself as well. They were very responsive via a W/A group chat, and happy to help with anything related to the property, or visiting Sayulita. House: Very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had quality equipment and everything you need. Excellent coffee table books! Yard and pool: Lovely area and all rooms open out onto this. As disclosed, there is a camera pointed at the swimming pool. The owner resides on the upper levels (separate entrances) but takes care not to be intrusive. Sayulita was a lovely spot for a vacation. We would return to this town, and to this property!

Casa Nida is a very unique and memorable house. We had nine people in our party and we all had great rooms. There are many spaces on the property to find some alone time but also enough room to gather for group meals and games. Pedro at the surf shop downstairs was very helpful and made sure our group had the beach space and boards to enjoy our stay. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend this rental.

This is a home we would definitely come to again! Lina is the best host we have ever experienced and appreciated how helpful she was making our family celebration in Nuevo Vallarta beautiful and filled with incredible memories that we will always cherish! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and being such a wonderful host from the minute we booked to our last day in Mexico! We appreciate you so much!!! Five star experience without a doubt!!!

We had an amazing time during our week here! The views were incredible and the place was exactly as described. Saw some of the best sunsets of our lives from the deck and there was plenty of space to set up and hang out after long days exploring the many towns and beaches nearby! We would highly recommend this place.

This place is beautiful! Looks just like the photos. Easy to find, and walkable distance to restaurants and the beach. Sergio was responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again :)

Excellent property and neighborhood. It’s a lot larger than the photos show. It’s more like an estate. The pool was great with the waterfall. The upstairs deck was really nice with pretty views of palm trees. The pavilion has fans so it was a really nice climate. The neighborhood is gated and the property is gated as well so the sense of privacy was really nice. Joslin was really helpful with all our questions and requests. The cleaners came mid week as did the landscapers which was appreciated. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful trip back to San Pancho. First time staying in the costa azul neighborhood which is just north of town. It was quiet, peaceful and charming. Barbara was a great help throughout the entire stay; helping with airport transportation, spa/massage appointments and golf cart rental (we did not end up utilizing the golf cart option as the walk to center of town was 15 minutes by beach or roads) . It was easy and smooth from start to finish in all regards. The house was perfect for us. The design and architecture were fabulous. Clean, quiet, comfortable. We had a jungle like experience on the back side of the house and could hear the ocean from the front. Made for a great sleep environment as well. Having an in unit spa was so convenient. We booked two 90 minute couples massages during our five nights, which we would highly recommend. Pool was clean and very relaxing. Kitchen well stocked, beds very comfy. Would stay again. Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

Absolutely loved our 5-night stay at Casa Rosa! It was the perfect spot to unwind, with stunning views and beautiful weather. The home looks exactly like the photos—if not better—and had everything we needed. Just a short, easy ride to great local restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again!

This place is magic! Perfect for a larger group with enough rooms and bathrooms that it also had a sense of personal privacy. AC worked great in each of the rooms. The pool was a dream, the space itself was beautiful and tranquil. Joslin took such good care of us, we would 100% stay again if we were so lucky!

Loved the salt water pool! Also there were a lot of stairs. Built on a hillside but very safe with railings!

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was nicely decorated, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the water were stunning (we even saw whales), and the private deck was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything for cooking, and the bedrooms were super comfortable. The host was also very attentive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway by the water!

Terrific place. That palapa roof is mesmerizing. Such a great location.
