Beach 5 minutes walk, through typical "caruggio", after crossing the Aurelia road reachable from a staircase under the house. Outdoor swimming pool near the beach (at the end of the aforementioned alley), supermarket and pharmacy and other commercial activities always nearby. Accommodation located in a hilly position but at the same time easily central given the layout of the neighboring streets. Beautiful sea view of the gulf. Suitable for music lovers and those who adapt to doing a little exercise along our typical Ligurian passages, if you don't use a car. 5-minute walk to the beach, through a typical "caruggio", after having crossed the Aurelia road reached by a staircase under the house. Isidore's house

Isidore's house, located between Nice (15 km) and Monaco (8 km) is part of our house with a separate entrance that is totally independent. The air-conditioned duplex includes a fully equipped kitchenette on the ground floor. In front of the entrance, a small table allows you to eat in the shade of the wisteria. Upstairs, one bedroom and one bathroom are accessed by a small staircase. A bay window in the bedroom gives access to a terrace with a beautiful sea view of the bay of Eze.

Our house located near Nice has two floors, one of which is entirely reserved for visits from family, friends and Airbnb rentals. We have adapted the hosting arrangements: enhanced cleaning of the premises between each rental, limitation of contacts, etc. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace etc.) are reserved for the sole occupants of the house (hosts and Airbnb guests). The listing has a second entrance and is almost fully equipped (crockery, washing machine, sheets etc).
