Can’t say enough great things about the host. Flexible check ins with a late arrival and was very responsive. The place itself was clean and in the heart of the town. Beautiful view of the river, and felt great to stay there. Could not recommend more for anyone staying in the Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach area!

Perfect, old-school beach getaway! We loved parking ourselves on the “lifeguard stand built for two” and just watching: the waves, the wildlife, the surfers, the sky…soooo relaxing and just what we needed to unwind for a few days. We loved the laid back vibe of the place and the hosts!

The host was very responsive and the place was great all around. Views are amazing, parking is out front of the unit. This spot is one of the best for the price and worked well for three people for two nights. I will definitely stay here again when I am back in town.

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. Staying at this beautiful Airbnb overlooking the Cape Fear River was delightful! From the moment we booked, the communication was flawless—responsive, friendly, and the guidebook was incredibly helpful. Every question we may have had was answered. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and prepared for our trip. What really sets this stay apart is the impeccable attention to detail. From the cozy, well-appointed decor to the thoughtful touches everything was clearly chosen with care and intention. You can tell the host genuinely wants guests to have the best possible experience. This Airbnb is the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and convenience. We’re already planning our next visit.

My partner and I booked this place for our 1 yr anniversary and Debi and Peter were such rockstar hosts. We had zero issues locating or entering the space and the space was spotless. Beach front view was unbelievably amazing and we couldn’t believe how lovely it was to hear waves crashing 24/7. It’s was so kind of them to have items such as beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Very thoughtful. Overall a 5 star experience and we’ll be back.

Kathleen's place was perfect for 4 of us who came to Wilmington for the weekend. She responded to all of our needs. The flat is located in the heart of the vibrant and trendy downtown Wilmington, even right above a bar. Kathleen anticipated our needs by providing ear plugs and eye masks, to assure we could sleep in each morning.

The unit was comfortable and clean, location was key for us (access to Wrightsville Beach area) as well as being dog friendly. Walkable to restaurants is a great perk. No issues with parking availability and access to the unit was smooth/easy with the keypad entrance. Great value for the location.

Great stay. The houseboat was beautiful, pristine and easy to get to and from parking. The balcony was peaceful and all the amenities were there as advertised. Highly recommend staying here. The staff was responsive, easy to reach and friendly! 5/5 stars

We had the best time!! We were able to bring our boat and park it at the boat dock. I will say if you have a bigger boat I don’t know if you will be able to park there all weekend, but not a far drive at all to a boat ramp. The place was very clean and had all the things you will need! There is even dog toys and a bed! Betsy was super helpful and nice. We will definitely come and stay many more times.

We had a great time and this boathouse was amazing, the subtle rocking of the boat was so comforting! It is a beautiful home and everything you need is literally right there. It is a great escape. The only thing I can say that could be different is maybe displaying the name of the home somewhere outside the home to make it easier to find. The directions that were sent were good but there is a detour for the ramp that is normally used I believe. Overall 10/10 would recommend for sure! Thank you for allowing us the stay!

We loved our stay in Carolina Beach! This house is a GEM - so clean, literally steps from the beach, and slept 9 adults very comfortably! This was one of the best stocked Airbnb kitchens I’ve ever stayed in. Lindsey thought of everything. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Would highly recommend booking!

We have been staying in the Wrightsville beach area since 2007. When looking for a place this year, we fell in love with the pictures of the charming rooms and the location was perfect, since my son and husband were competing in the Pier to Pier swim, Stoked To Go Out. However, what stood out for us at first was the flexibility of check in…our airline changed the flight days and times, and although I realize this might not always be possible, Bryan and Mari quickly responded and made the changes possible. My four year old grandson absolutely adored the room with all the games and art supplies. Even though there are only three bedrooms, the space felt big with the addition of the beautiful porch and all the comfortable seating. We have friends in the Wilmington area and when they came for dinner we had plenty of room! The close location to the bay and beach made it easy for us to run back for water and snacks! I would write more, but I’m running out of space! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfect Stay at Catherine's Home We absolutely love staying at this property in Wilmington. This was our second stay at Catherine's home, and it was just as wonderful as the first. The location is perfect, and the home is lovely and clean with lots of extra touches. It's ideal for our dogs, with a fenced-in backyard and a grill and plenty of seating. The hosts are incredibly responsive, informative, and kind. They even went out of their way to drop off batteries for the TV remote. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I have nothing negative to say about the location, the home, or the hosts. We couldn't be happier! Julie

The best airbnb we have ever stayed in. I feel the house is even nicer than the photos show. So very spacious and the screen porch is a dream!! My sister referred to it as "luxuriating on the screen porch" . Wonderful breezes from the water. A peaceful tranquil spot.

Stay was positive. Clean, tidy little Airbnb flip duplex that works just fine for a quick trip to Wrightsville with our small family. Good host communication. Close to the beach. We chose to drive our 3 year old and then have an adult walk back to make things a bit easier. Helpful amenities like the washer dryer and outdoor space.

My husband and I came down for a quick couple days get away, and it was a perfect place to stay! Convenient to everything, steps from the beach, and very private and quiet. We enjoyed taking a dip in the pool after spending a couple hours on the beach! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location! It was right on the beach so you’re not dealing with a ton of traffic, but also in a safe neighborhood. It was clean, cute, and easy. I thought it was worth the price!! I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s a 6 minute drive to the main fun in Carolina Beach and just a little over 20 to where we explored in Wilmington. I’m from the area and rented for my family and I to stay in while they visited, so it’s definitely worth it location/price wise!

Outstanding weekend getaway for 4 adults plus an infant. Beautiful just sitting on the lanai watching the waves roll in, walking the adjacent boardwalk to the beach or walking to restaurants just a couple blocks away. We’ll be back!

This great Station One condo was just what my family needed for our stay in Wrightsville! The surroundings are beautiful, and the property is easily walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and a favorite boutique. Payton’s place is just as pictured — clean and neat, with a lovely view. When we had a question, it was promptly answered. We had a wonderful stay!

We were here for my birthday! The owners were incredible! Very kind and gave us great options for restaurants and also a firework display. The condo was perfect. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything you need and everything worked well. The master bedroom had a great master bath with all amenities. But let me tell you about the master bedroom bed. The most comfortable bed ever!! If you have a rain day and have to stay indoors this is the place to stay. Don't forget to play some song on the guitar. When we come back we will definitely plan our trip to stay here. I cannot thank the owners enough for there hospitality!!

This was my wife and I’s fourth stay at Nicole’s place, and we have had nothing short of great experiences each time. Always great with communication, and provides accommodations unlike anywhere else we have ever stayed. We look forward to this trip each year because of the host’s commitment to ensuring the stay is seamless and relaxing.

The location of this place is ideal if you want to be close to the water & watch the sunset! We enjoyed the convenience of its location. This unit has the cutest decor. Communication with the host was great, very responsive. We are pretty easy going when it comes to traveling. Two things we would change is the pillows on the bed & having a solid curtain option in the bedroom. Overall a good visit & would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris' place. You can't beat the location and we loved the ocean view from the front balcony. The unit has been renovated and looks brand new with great appliances and decor. Chris was very responsive and told us everything we needed to know, including restaurant recommendations in town. We would definitely stay here again.
