House holiday rentals in Riverfront, Wilmington

We come to wrightsville beach several times per year and we will be back to this home. It had a great layout got a large family. We came with our 2 sons and our 4 grand children and never felt cramped. It's a home we will frequent while in wrightsville.

Loved our stay and our toddler enjoyed being in the pool. Great outdoor locations and amenities. Friendly and helpful host. Looking forward to stay in future.

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was able to accommodate all my family from out of state. The hose (Sean) was AMAZING and very accommodating! If you are wanting a secluded oasis, this is your place. I will absolutely book the place again!

We really enjoyed staying here. The pool was great. The house is within minutes from several restaurants and just a 15 minute drive to the beach. The house is as described and shown in photos. Gennaro was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Thanks for having us!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

Our stay was a very enjoyable experience, from all of the extra amenities that were available to us to enjoy (our young adult kiddos loved the bikes!!!), to the all over cleanliness of the house. The proximity between the beach and downtown was perfect for us and I loved the creative touches of the decor throughout.

Everything about this property was fantastic. The home is beautiful, with top-notch amenities, and the entire backyard feels like a private resort. The only minor downside is the 10 a.m. checkout, which can feel a bit rushed for a property designed to host larger groups. That said, this was clearly stated in the listing and instructions, so we knew what to expect—and it didn’t take away from the overall amazing experience. I’d recommend booking at least a three-night stay to fully enjoy everything the home has to offer. The neighborhood is lovely and safe, and just a short drive to all that Wrightsville Beach and the marina have to offer. The host was very responsive and even let us know when the cleaning crew finished early so we could check in before 4 p.m. I would absolutely book this place again!

absolutely enjoyed our stay. it was just for the night and we were quite busy with activities, so we didn’t get to enjoy all that this space provided. honestly I would love to come back on a solo trip and have a slow weekend here, walking to nearby coffee shops and reading books in the cozy chair in the living room. The lighting was great and makes the space light and airy. The kitchen is perfect for making a meal and having a cup of coffee. I took pictures of the bathroom because I was inspired to repaint and decorate my own bathroom. 😅 Leanne was very proactive and responsive. She even provided coffee creamer which is such a small yet meaningful detail! I definitely will be back in the future!

Shellreef’s place was perfect for my family of 4. His place was extremely clean and the communication was top notch. I would highly recommend his place to anyone looking for a great stay near River Walk. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

This house is amazing. We loved the front porch living and easy walk to downtown.

We stayed at this place for spring break, and enjoyed the beach and the azalea festival while we were here. Walking downtown took roughly 10 minutes, and felt safe the whole walk. The neighborhood is busy but quiet and homey. Easy access to most parts of town and to Wrightsville beach. The house is small but perfect for a small family. Enough space to spread out and not much unused space :) helpful amenities like washer and dryer, most cooking tools you’ll need, hotel-sized toiletries, extra blankets, etc. We were also able to get a last minute booking and this place has great value, we had a great time and would stay again!

Beautiful accommodations on the water! Perfect space for adult couples to share for a week or weekend getaway. Really enjoyed the upstairs entertaining area both inside and out. I could live there without a doubt!

Quite literally there is Nun Better place to stay in Wilmington if you are a couple who wants to bring their doggo along for a fun little getaway. Our stay was perfect! Monica was an amazing host and made us feel right at home with a lovely welcome basket, dog treats, and more. The neighborhood is lovely to stroll and being walking distance to amazing coffee shops and dinner is a huge perk. Anything you could want is at the house, including beach towels and chairs, as well as all the kitchen supplies (and Tupperware containers! Literally always wishing airbnbs had that). Loved that Phoebe had a large yard to play in while we sat on the porch. I’m already excited to go back, could not recommend it enough!!

We really enjoyed our time at Mary’s place. It’s tastefully decorated and well equipped. The design of the space has obviously been well thought out. One of the best AirBnB’s we’ve stayed in! The neighborhood is convenient to downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk — a perfect location for exploring Wilmington and surrounding beaches. The historic neighborhood is definitely in transition, but we felt safe there, walking our dog and heading to the local park on foot.

This was an absolutely lovely stay. The property is immaculate and extremely charming. The kitchen is newly renovated and has everything you could need to make a nice meal. . The beds are beyond comfortable. Chad is an incredible host. We loved coming home to snacks and coffee. Wilmington is a lovey very walkable town with many restaurants and shops. We will be coming back soon as the purpose of this trip was to help our daughter prepare for the arrival of our first grandchild. We hope to be able to book Chad's place again.

Great spot, close to everything downtown and the highway to take you to the beaches. Will definitely stay again!

Clean and spacious stay.

We really enjoyed our stay , we were looking for a place close to Live Oak Pavilion and this was the perfect spot an easy 6 min drive . About 25-30 minutes to the beach. Be prepared to pay for parking at the beach . $60.00 was a bit of a surprise, but no reflection on our host or our stay here. Everything was as pictured. Very well maintained , beds slept well . It was a win, win, for myself and 2 other couples. We would definitely recommend to our friends.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mike & Ellen’s home! They were always quick to respond. They accommodated all our needs in a timely and efficient manner. The home was so cozy & clean. We felt very safe and comfortable in the home. Would recommend to anyone!

Matt and Erica’s home was beautiful and extremely clean! They were very communicative and very responsive during our stay. Bed was comfy and clean.

Great location, close to downtown! We walked everyday and night to all our eating spots and shopping! We felt very safe walking! Inside was very cozy. Couch was super comfy as early mornings I would read my book. Driveway held 3 cars for us. Place was clean and had all we needed for 6 days! Places to eat- DramYard, Quanto Basta, Tequila's. Lots of good bars too if you are in to hopping around. Hidden Grounds is a great coffee spot in the morning too! I recommend this place as a great weekend getaway, concert goers, or even a week stay! You cannot go wrong!
