The virtual key takes a second but it was good to have on your phone. Location was perfect! Love that we can take our dogs!! The porch was such a cute place to sit and just enjoy the morning or evening.

Malibu unit was stunning! Beautiful view and lovely furnishings. Everything is new and clean. Atmosphere is light and airy. View from deck is great! Bit of a walk from parking garage but there was a complementary golf cart to take us and our luggage to the dock and carts to use from dock entrance to our door. Nice to be able to walk via Riverwalk to restaurants. We liked River 128. If you are headed out by car toward Carolina Beach, hit Fish Bites. Nothing to look at from the outside, but the food is fantastic! Friends who live nearby recommended it. Was so good, we went twice! Communication from owner was great. Had no issues, but got multiple communications to make sure all was good. Highly recommend!

Hello, Everything was wonderful at 106 N Water Street, the condo was clean, comfortable, a great view of the river, very nice accommodations as well. The hosts were great on returning my text messages before the trip and all during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home for any length of stay in Wilmington.

Can not say enough about this place! From the great instructions, secure parking, convenient loading area, comfortable furniture and beds, and all the amenities, this is one of the best Airbnbs ever. The secure private parking was FANTASTIC. The walkability of the area—from strolls on the river walk, to restaurants around the corner, to the absolute attention to detail on everything in the unit, it was the perfect location for Wilmington get away. Will look for availability on this Airbnb first when we travel back to the area.

Lovely stay for a wedding weekend in Wilmington. Charming historic house, extremely well appointed. We easily walked to downtown Wilmington (about 7 - 10 minutes) and did not use our car once we arrived. Convenient free parking for the house off the street. Especially loved the comfortable beds! Saira was a communicative and helpful host.
