We really enjoyed the space! Great location: a market with fresh produce, many supermarkets and restaurants! To the old town by taxi, but the taxi is very cheap and we moved everywhere by taxi!!! Great accommodation!!!

This place is recommended. It is a quite comfortable room. Fully equipped with all amenities, hair dryer, washing machine, heater, microwave. Please drag your bags in. The view from the bedroom is very beautiful. The view of the snowy mountains. The wifi is fast for working. There is a supermarket below the building. Super responsive. Easy to get to the city. Not far from the city. Peaceful. The owner of the room is kind and easy to talk to. Recommended.

We absolutely loved our week-long stay at this Tbilisi flat! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect—nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with a park next door and charming shops all around. A grocery store with all the essentials is right downstairs, making everything super convenient. The flat itself is incredible - stunning, modern, and comfortable. It has absolutely everything you need and offers breathtaking views. It was hard to say goodbye. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to be back!

I lived in this apartment for almost 3 weeks, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building itself is not located next to the highway, which is a big plus for me because I don’t like to hear the flow of cars. In general, summing up, I want to say that this is a good, comfortable apartment. I also want to say a few words about the host (Mariam) She is a wonderful person who really cares about her guests. During my stay, I felt like I was in my own home, and this is largely due to her. If I needed something, I could always write to Mariam knowing that she would help me. This created not only an atmosphere of comfort, but also some kind of warmth and safety. It was a wonderful experience. Thanks to her and her family for this ❤️❤️❤️

The house is located at very central of Tbilisi but really quiet! Loseb is very nice and friendly! I’d like to recommend this house to everyone!

Same we are at home relax clean

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. Absolutely amazing hosts and lovely place, location is very good, in heart of old town, you can walk to many places and not using transport. Perfect stay for a few days in Tbilisi!

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

The apartment is centrally located. It's old style but very beautifully maintained. There's a certain nostalgia to the neighborhood as well as the apartment. Plenty of grocery and bakery shops and the upmarket Agro Hub supermarket in the area. Do not miss the small park near Agro Hub. The sights of Old Tbilisi are just about 15 minutes away. Finally the host Tamuna was always responsive. On the last day we forgot to check out but she was so cool and so understanding. Thank you again and sorry about the mess up. My favourite room in the apartment is the kitchen. it's a warm and welcoming space. I particularly liked the cutlery. I love kitchens. Much of my tourism is about discovering various kitchen practices. 😊

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎
