Really a wonderful stay, the apartment is very clean, and spacious that the pictures do not give it its right, the host was very helpful, I spent 3 nights with my family and really impressed us with the cleanliness of the place, the paper of the furniture and equipment, not far from the vital areas, the only defect is that I faced some difficulty in entering the building positions because of the steep slope, but overall we were happy with the stay and highly recommend it.

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was super clean, quiet, and cozy. It’s located in Vake, within walking distance of many restaurants and two big supermarkets — Agrohub and Carrefour. Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue is a beautiful street that leads straight to the city center, and there are plenty of bus options nearby. The kitchen had everything I needed for cooking. I’d definitely stay here again!

Maya’s apartment was a delightful place to stay! It was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view. Every morning, waking up to the panorama window was a joy. Maya is a wonderful host, always ready to welcome guests with small gifts and promptly address any issues that may arise. I highly recommend Maya’s apartment and would give it a perfect 5-star rating and beyond!

The apartment is centrally located. It's old style but very beautifully maintained. There's a certain nostalgia to the neighborhood as well as the apartment. Plenty of grocery and bakery shops and the upmarket Agro Hub supermarket in the area. Do not miss the small park near Agro Hub. The sights of Old Tbilisi are just about 15 minutes away. Finally the host Tamuna was always responsive. On the last day we forgot to check out but she was so cool and so understanding. Thank you again and sorry about the mess up. My favourite room in the apartment is the kitchen. it's a warm and welcoming space. I particularly liked the cutlery. I love kitchens. Much of my tourism is about discovering various kitchen practices. 😊

Good communication, great heating

Natalia promptly accepted me when I needed to find a new apartment urgently because they were crushed with another reservation. Always in touch! The apartment is bright, cozy, in a convenient house with an elevator, which was a plus with my heavy suitcase, the bathtub was also a plus, the mattress and pillows are comfortable - you feel at home. The apartment has a stunning view of the Caucasus Ridge! Recommended!

Lali is a very responsible host and was in touch all the time. This is the cleanest apartment I have ever rented, with all the necessary amenities and even more for a comfortable stay. It’s in a good location with nice restaurants nearby.

Cozy apartment, convenient 24hr check in. Kitchen with everything needed, even air fryer and dishwasher, clean bathroom, spacious room, small private backyard, grocery across the street, 10 min to metro station. Stayed for a week, can recommend for long term staying easily, hope to come again

Everything was very nice. The house was as seen in the photos and comfortable. The location of the house is also in a nice quiet place. The beds were very comfortable, and she responded in a friendly way in a very short time to satisfy my curiosity about the 😂 smallest of things to sleep in that bed. And a very humorous host. Had a nice stay with Mariam. Place was clean and spotless with everything we would need. Mariam had thought about small details that we would need at home in the kitchen, bathroom and in the hall for a short stay.

It has a wonderful courtyard. Clean, comfortable and easy to get to. It offers everything that is promised.

Stayed here a few times and will again. Good value for money.

Thank you for the early check in. House is luxurious and the crockery, has a beauty and the beast, vibe. Amazing view. Extremely clean. One washroom has a toilet + wash area, the other has, just a toilet. Huge space, looks smaller in the pictures. Nana was very responsive and replied immediately. There are 24 hrs small outlets for food, just at the entrance of the lane. Supermarkets, metro, bus stops are close by. The same building has a tennis court, a hotel, another hotel at the side, so there is always someone near the entrance, making it a safe place. We were 2 women and felt safe. Even got a grab at 2am to the airport .The lockbox is at the road level, right side to the steps, do not climb the stairs for that, It's the middle box, black and white in color and yellow once opened. The place had coffee, tea, towels, bath wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, spices, sugar, iron. Will definitely book this place again. Was a good location, good host and an amazing house.

It was a perfect stay at Nika's place. The great place for relaxing holidays out of Tbilisi , with access to swimming pool and recreational area . The apartments have all necessary things for comfortable living and thanks to Mariam for her attentiveness through all days

The property was as described if not more it was absolutely beautiful and the views were breath taking watching the sunrise and the sunset will definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of staying here.
