Shota is a cheerful and enthusiastic host with prompt communication. His friendly mother met me during check in. The location is super convenient and walkable to eateries and a supermarket. The colorful and vintage decor makes it an interesting stay.

Нам очень понравилось жилье! Отличное место: рынок со свежими продуктами, мног супермаркетов и ресторанов! До старого города на такси, но такси стоит очень дешевл и мы везде перемещались на такси!!! Отличное жилье!!!

Все было замечательно. В студии были все необходимые вещи( стиральный порошок, зонтик, кофе и многое другое). Рядом много ресторанов, магазинов и кофейнь. Жилье чистое. Отличное соотношение цены/качества

Отличное место, шикарный вид, бассейн, шашлыки, развлечения. Удивил тонкий подход к встрече гостей - водичка в холодильнике, дружелюбная встреча и куча мелочей, про которые обычно нужно самому задумываться) Большое спасибо за прием и отлично времяпрепровождение

We stayed with a large group for a wedding. the house and garden accommodated us all well. There were plenty of things in the kitchen so we could cook for a large group. There was a 24 hour restaurant and supermarket within 50 meters. Rustaveli metro station was about 15 minutes walk downhill. Lena was responsive to messages, and sent clear instructions prior to check in. 100% recommend.

I had a great stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. The host was very kind and helpful — they responded quickly and gave me great recommendations for Tbilisi. I really appreciated their hospitality. I’d definitely recommend this place to others. We had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Bird Nest in Tbilisi for 4 wonderful days, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The house itself is extremely cozy, warm, and welcoming — every little detail made us feel so comfortable and cared for. A special mention to our amazing host, Tamar, who is a truly remarkable lady. She was always ready to help, answer any of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality and kindness made our experience even more memorable. We would wholeheartedly recommend anyone visiting Tbilisi to stay at this special Bird Nest — you won’t be disappointed! It’s a hidden gem that offers not just a place to stay, but a genuine feeling of belonging. We wish Tamar and her wonderful team the very best of luck in continuing to host guests from all over the world. Without a doubt, we will definitely return to Georgia and once again stay at Tamar’s lovely Nest!

Потрясающее место с невероятным видом на весь Тбилиси. Чисто, уютно и просторно. Самые лучше впечатления. Необходимо подниматься в гору и по лестнице минут 10, чтобы дойти до квартиры. Но это того стоит. Мы получили самые лучшие впечатления от этого места. Отдельное спасибо за помощь хозяина квартиры во всем. Все вопросы решались мгновенно. Лучший отдых в Тбилиси. И самая красивая квартира.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Absolutely amazing hosts and lovely place, location is very good, in heart of old town, you can walk to many places and not using transport. Perfect stay for a few days in Tbilisi!

The apartment is in a nice and safe location. Lika provided all the instructions and it was very easy to get in. She was also very nice and let us check in earlier than the mentioned hour. One thing I noticed was that the towels and the bedding weren't the cleanest or the newest, but that was tolerable.

Very cozy apartment! I was a bit worried the metal bed frame would squeak with every move, but to my surprise—it was super comfortable and quiet. The view of the trees from the windows is lovely, and the bathtub is great (you can even watch TV from it!).

It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

The apartment is centrally located. It's old style but very beautifully maintained. There's a certain nostalgia to the neighborhood as well as the apartment. Plenty of grocery and bakery shops and the upmarket Agro Hub supermarket in the area. Do not miss the small park near Agro Hub. The sights of Old Tbilisi are just about 15 minutes away. Finally the host Tamuna was always responsive. On the last day we forgot to check out but she was so cool and so understanding. Thank you again and sorry about the mess up. My favourite room in the apartment is the kitchen. it's a warm and welcoming space. I particularly liked the cutlery. I love kitchens. Much of my tourism is about discovering various kitchen practices. 😊

I had a very pleasant stay! The host was very responsive and communication was easy. The apartment matched the photos, was clean and comfortable. Its location is perfect, close to everything I needed. I highly recommend it!

Paul's place is really beautifully done. It's nice and bright, high ceilings and big windows, and the terrace is really wonderful. Ideal for a coffee and a croissant (or a cocktail). There are fab restaurants and shops nearby, and a really good gelateria. The neighbourhood is quite upmarket, and feels very safe. One thing I will say for first-time visitors is that the entrance and hallway doesn't seem very welcoming. But it turns out this is the case in many buildings in Tbilisi, due to historical reasons. The apartment itself is a gem 💎
