A lovely little apartment for staying in Tbilisi. It's clean and has everything you need. Very close to many shops and restaurants. The host family is so kind and welcoming! I really enjoyed my stay there.

We had a great stay at Barbare! The apartment was nice and the location was amazing! We also loved the terrace. Would definitely recommend it! :)

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Tolle Unterkunft im Zentrum von Tbilisi. Zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Hab mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Tamar und Alex waren auch sehr bemüht und immer schnell erreichbar. Kann die Unterkunft jedem sehr empfehlen!

We loved staying at Nelly's. She is the most attentive and friendly host we have ever had. Sheconta Ted us before the time to give suggestions, make recommendations and to arrange check-in times. She welcomed us like we were family, prepped the house for our stay with fresh bedding, clean rooms, lovely grade and even water, juice and wine in the fridge for us. She told us about local resturants and made the effort to connect with us. We are young teachers and it was our first time traveling like this, Nelly would check in on us regularly to make sure we are having g fun, safe and comfortable. the Neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We got to experience the Gorgian hospitality and care. We didn't want to leave. We will be back and recommending Nelly's to everyone we know. Thank you Nelly for taking such good care of us, we'll see you soon!

Very nice apartment. Our apartment was exactly what was described. It was clean and Mari was a great host. Very responsive and helped with any queries I had. Location was perfect and access to lots of walkable surroundings. Great view also. Will look forward to booking again!

very good option for friends and big families that want private rooms and a pool! Joseph responded quick and brings anything that missing, even cleaning option available for that place and pool after a few days

Es war uns eine absolute Freude, bei Levan zu Gast zu sein! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und waren von Levans Zuvorkommenheit und Freundlichkeit begeistert. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr zugesagt und wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit hier. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles!

Теа замечательная отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда отвечала на вопросы. В квартире есть и отопление котлом, и кондиционеры. Можно регулировать силу отопления. Квартира стильная, кухня полностью оборудованная. Вид из окна потрясающий. Есть утюг, стиральная машинка. Из минусов: сильная слышимость с улицы, дом стоит на оживленной улице. И проблема с парковкой, если есть машина, поиск парковочного места может стать испытанием.

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

We loved this apartment! The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The host Mariam provided great communication. She responded quickly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay at this apartment again!

Everything is just perfect. Location is amazing and very convenient - there are lots of cafes/restaurants, stores, supermarkets and two parks nearby. Apartment is modern and clean, perfectly matches photos and has all listed amenities. The host is great - very friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

Жилье очень понравилось. Очень чисто, есть все необходимое для проживания. Всё продумано до мелочей. Улица тихая, рядом метро, автобусная остановка. Все вопросы Майя решает оперативно. Если буду в Тбилиси, то остановлюсь в этом доме. Рекомендую.

Die Wohnung ist einen wirklich guten Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist super. Guter Standort, das Zentrum ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Natur auch nicht weit entfernt. Würde mich wieder für Tamar‘s Air BnB entscheiden! Vielen dank

We had a wonderful stay @ Gita’s house. House is centrally located and all the necessary items were available easily. Host is very responsive and best part was the view from balcony. Loved it.
