A lovely little apartment for staying in Tbilisi. It's clean and has everything you need. Very close to many shops and restaurants. The host family is so kind and welcoming! I really enjoyed my stay there.

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

We loved staying at Nelly's. She is the most attentive and friendly host we have ever had. Sheconta Ted us before the time to give suggestions, make recommendations and to arrange check-in times. She welcomed us like we were family, prepped the house for our stay with fresh bedding, clean rooms, lovely grade and even water, juice and wine in the fridge for us. She told us about local resturants and made the effort to connect with us. We are young teachers and it was our first time traveling like this, Nelly would check in on us regularly to make sure we are having g fun, safe and comfortable. the Neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We got to experience the Gorgian hospitality and care. We didn't want to leave. We will be back and recommending Nelly's to everyone we know. Thank you Nelly for taking such good care of us, we'll see you soon!

Very nice apartment. Our apartment was exactly what was described. It was clean and Mari was a great host. Very responsive and helped with any queries I had. Location was perfect and access to lots of walkable surroundings. Great view also. Will look forward to booking again!

Thea is a wonderful helpful host, always answered questions. The apartment has both heating with a boiler and air conditioners. You can adjust the power of the heating. The apartment is stylish, the kitchen is fully equipped. The view from the window is amazing. There is an iron, washing machine. Among the disadvantages: strong audibility from the street, the house stands on a busy street. And the problem with parking, if you have a car, finding a parking space can be a test.

Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

Everything is just perfect. Location is amazing and very convenient - there are lots of cafes/restaurants, stores, supermarkets and two parks nearby. Apartment is modern and clean, perfectly matches photos and has all listed amenities. The host is great - very friendly and responsive. I will definitely stay here again next time. I really liked the accommodation. Very clean, there is everything you need for living. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The street is quiet, near the metro, bus stop. Maya solves all issues promptly. If I'm in Tbilisi, I'll stay in this house. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay @ Gita’s house. House is centrally located and all the necessary items were available easily. Host is very responsive and best part was the view from balcony. Loved it.
