Giorgi's place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed. Giorgi himself was amazing—he lives next door and was always quick to help with anything. He even went out of his way to help my parents, who don’t speak English, with their checkout and getting to the airport. Such a thoughtful host! Would definitely stay here again.

One of the best thing of this place is a view above the town. A huge terrace, big windows and light clean house. Nice place for practicing out/inside. Comfortable bed) It’s easy to arrive here on a bus. Also you can have nice walk trip throw the Mtatsminda park or use a funicular for it. Nina is intentivly and friendly host. Thanks to her)

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

We would like to recommend the place... in Tbilisi. The house is really beautiful and well-kept, equipped with everything you need to feel at home, the yard is green full of trees and flowers and the pool is clean and refreshing!!! Near the pool, there is a wooden swing and chairs for maximum comfort. ...greeted us and offered to help with whatever was needed. He was kind and cordial. Near the house, there is a center of shops and markets for shopping. Due to an unexpected medical hospitalization for the baby girl in the hospital, we had to leave earlier than expected, and...he was patient and accepted the event with understanding and concern for the baby girl. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend coming and enjoying it.

We had a great time in this spacious and modern house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wifi was fast, all the appliances are in great condition. Beautiful view on Tbilisi from the top balcony. Just keep in mind that parking next to the house is only for one car and there is nearby temporary construction.

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!

This was one of my favorite airbnb experiences ever. Our hosts were unbelievably kind about our arrival and check-out times since everyone in our group had red-eye flights. They greeted us at the house and gave us recommendations for where to eat and things to do. The house itself is even more beautiful than the photos, and we all felt safe and comfortable. The pool was a fantastic bonus on hot afternoons, and we loved the outdoor barbecue space. The location was perfect, and we felt that we had peace and privacy while still being a very cheap taxi-ride away from the bustle of the city center. I can’t think of enough positive things to say. Thank you so much to our hosts, and I hope we can return soon!

Best host ever! We stayed in their lovely place for 3.5 month with a newborn baby. They had welcomed couples with newborn babies in the past few times so they had experience and knew what to do. Their place is on the 1st floor (2nd floor in American way) of their residence which is on the ground floor with a lovely garden. Their place was very spacious, clean, bright, quiet and looked MUCH better than in the photos. We particularly enjoyed the host's hospitality and their company. They gave us rides to the hospital for our baby's check ups and vaccination, made us lovely (and the best!) Kachapuri (cheese bread) time to time, or even brought us a Christmas tree. One of the best memory for us as when we were invited to their place to spend the count down for New Year's Eve. They treated us with lovely traditional Georgian dishes. They made our stay in Tbilisi so welcoming and at-home. Now we miss them and their place very much!

Отличное жильё, но если снимаешь один. Думаю для пары будет с определённый дискомфорт в виде ванной и туалета совмещённые со спальней. В целом, адекватная цена, ухоженная квартира, отличное месторасположение. Если я буду ещё раз в Тбилиси, то я бы снял эту квартиру ещё раз.

We loved staying at Nelly's. She is the most attentive and friendly host we have ever had. Sheconta Ted us before the time to give suggestions, make recommendations and to arrange check-in times. She welcomed us like we were family, prepped the house for our stay with fresh bedding, clean rooms, lovely grade and even water, juice and wine in the fridge for us. She told us about local resturants and made the effort to connect with us. We are young teachers and it was our first time traveling like this, Nelly would check in on us regularly to make sure we are having g fun, safe and comfortable. the Neighborhood was peaceful and safe. We got to experience the Gorgian hospitality and care. We didn't want to leave. We will be back and recommending Nelly's to everyone we know. Thank you Nelly for taking such good care of us, we'll see you soon!

Tamar's apartment is in old Tbilisi, on the quiet street. From center (Rustaveli or Freedom Square) it is a bit uphill (difference in height about 60 m.). So apartment is very suitable for tourists, seeking the peaceful place and not to be afraid to go by foot. Inside the apartment is all the equipment needed for short or longer stay for one person. I liked the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom too. Check-in and check-out was without problems. Tamar promptly reacted to my questions, always available. I was living in apartment for 20 days, no problems arising. Can only recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

Our trip had a lot of changes that required a lot of flexibility from Maia and she was absolutely helpful. Anything we needed, she found a way to make it happen. Looking forward to staying there again. The apartment location is perfect if you don't want to be right in the center of the Tbilisi action and crowd but still close enough to easily walk or take the metro.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!
