Visitors will have the use of the hut, stunning firepit & BBQ. A beautiful private wood-fired hot tub is attached for your exclusive use. There is also a sauna a few steps away. The lake is well fenced, secure & very private. Visitors are welcome to fish in the very well-stocked specimen Carp lake, with multiple fish approaching 40lb.

Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk borders, it stands within our grounds (KILN FARM) of 4.1/2 acres with the Mary Ley Line running through (ancient energy pathways). Free range chickens with fresh eggs, home made bread on request. Carp lake, games rooms (pool table with £1 slot for game) table tennis, darts and golf chipping green. (golf clubs supplied). The cottage is for 4 guests. 1 Double bedroom and twin room.

Barge View apartment is an independent living space in the heart of Maldon. Offering amazing views over the River Blackwater there is no place quite like it, in fact the river front and iconic Thames barges are just a stone’s throw away! The beautiful Prom Park is also on the doorstep perfect for photography or exercise. There are numerous places to eat with many restaurants and pubs a few minutes walk away. Sofa and full kitchen inside. We are surrounded by lovely countryside. But also only a 10 minute walk into Long Melford. Which has lots of pubs and restaurants. The lodges are our own design. You will not find anything like them in the country. Totally unique. You can fish the lake. Or swim in it.

Enjoy a peaceful holiday with wonderful views overlooking the lake. Guests can access the water directly from the decking. There are steps down making it easy to launch paddle boards, kayaks or canoes. Why not be bold & try wild swimming or paddle up the river to the pub for a meal then spend your evening fishing from the deck or having a BBQ. There is an abundance of wildlife on the marina including geese, swans, kingfishers, muntjac deer, bats and on occasions otters.

The Outdoor Heated Pool (April- October inclusive) and Hot Tub (all year) are situated in a sheltered tropical garden, with a Pool House. There is an outdoor hard tennis court. Beautiful lakes, gardens, countryside and wildlife.
