Spacious studio with freshly renovated and furnished sea view, with very comfortable double bed, bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette, air conditioning, heat pump, independent heating, espresso machine, moka,washing machine, kettle. It has a small terrace with a wooden table for eating at the sea. Located in Rimini Bellariva on the seafront with beautiful breathtaking views (5 floor with elevator), in front of bathroom 86/87. Served by trolleybus 10 and 11 (stop 21 a few meters from the apartment, it connects the train station with the coast of Rimini and Riccione) and the stop is called Toscanini (about 200, new surface metro). During exhibition periods, dedicated shuttles are available for transportation to the fairgrounds and return. Suite Frida independent annex 2 steps from the sea

The suite is in the back of the main house and overlooks the common garden. It is 50 m from the beach, 5 minutes from the Rimini fair and 4 minutes from the center. It has a private entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, a table, TV with Sky, kettle, milk boiler, capsule coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator and freezer. There is no kitchen!! We have a dog, Frida, who is good and affectionate, so the suite is only suitable for those who love dogs as the outdoor space is shared.

It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a queen size bed.
