Holiday rentals with beach access in Rivabella

This is the kind of place that I wish would stay secret because it is so perfect. The appartment is on a high floor of a beautiful building overlooking the water, with gorgeous sea views from the windows. The amenities were as described. The beds are comfortable and I'll be dreaming of the master bedroom with that view on the sea. Walking down to the sea at the base of the building takes you to a gorgeous cliffside bay and there are sun chairs to lay out with a parasol. Access into the water wasn't as easy as I expected, but we were also there at a time of year where the sea was still cool and there were waves big enough to make us second guess swimming there. The village was quite quiet as we were off season, with many storefronts and restaurants still shut down. We enjoyed the quiet and made use of our rented car to explore surrounding villages. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a serene, well located, quiet getaway with a wonderful host.

We had a great time at Antonio's place. This is the quintessential holiday home! A great sea view, a terrace and a very nice house. We immediately felt good about it. Antonio welcomed us perfectly and was very available. We'll be happy to go back.

A beautiful rooftop apartment with lots of space. What makes the place is the rooftop patio where we enjoyed breakfast outside every day. Also enjoyed a night of watching both the stars and a storm over the horizon - what a show ! The apartment is right on the Main Street .step out into all the action . Turn left and restaurants shops and bars are there for you . Turn right and 50 m away is the beach - and fyi the beach is a nice sand one. umbrellas for the beach supplied - a nice touch . Access to the apartment is by foot . At first it seemed daunting however in fact it was a 5 min walk from where Paulo had arranged a parking spot for us. Paulo and Stefano were there for us as we found our way to both parking and then the apartment. Paulo is a personal assistant by profession - she was our personal assistant during our stay making dinner rez when places were full ! Great bonus . There’s a roof top bar with music to midnight - good tunes so we enjoyed . Small kids might not enjoy

Loved our stay here! Just at the end of the bay - perfect position. Just a couple of minutes to reach restaurants and shops. Bright, airy and modern apartment. Fantastic lounge with great balcony. Really comfy beds and pillows. Would definitely stay again if we are back in Otranto.

It was really perfect. The apartment looks the same as in the photo, just a dream. Luciano was a very accommodating and friendly host who provided us with numerous tips and was always available. We would book his apartment again anytime and fully recommend it. Some plus points: -Very high rooms for a unique indoor climate -Acondition - Bathroom with window to ventilate - Very bright -Super location - central yet quiet - Very clean - Free parking in the surrounding alleys - Inside as new -Coffee machine, washing machine, clothes rack, gas stove, large fridge with freezer compartment, plenty of dishes and cooking utensils ...everything you need is there! Incredible historic house in the middle of Otranto Old Town, in a quiet passage, and next to everithing. Very comfortable, very spacious and newly renovated. The parking permit the property has is very useful and saves money! We had a wonderfull stay! Otranto is really a place to visit!

We were happy to stay in the apartment and in Gallipoli, where we spent a week. The apartment is cozy and well-equipped and we were particularly happy with the two terraces - and with the location in the old town and close to the beach. Communication was easy, and we were welcomed by Serena who was very kind and helpful to us. We can highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment in Gallipoli is very good, clean , nicely decorated, well-equipped, neighborhood is quiet and right in front of the sea. Easy to park, restaurant , shop nearby. The old town Gallipoli is a 15 min walk walking along the sea , is beautiful. You can go to Enrico's without a second thought.

We absolutely loved this little house, a real corner of paradise! What the photos don't show is that the little house is located on a hill with a beautiful garden + sea view as well as olive and flower/wild grass fields surrounding the house. It is also possible to follow very beautiful small trails in the fields from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped and the kitchen is fully functional. We also really enjoyed the location: many beautiful beaches are nearby and it is very easy to get around the surrounding villages / towns. In short, we recommend 100%!!

Antonio and Lina are wonderful friendly hosts who take care of everything, highly recommended! The old apartment is cute and tastefully decorated, and when it is warm outside, also bright. We were there at the end of March and the weather was very cold and rainy at first. But we had a wonderful stay in fantastic Gallipoli.

Nando’s house is simply superb, it is a beautiful home, with plenty of space, stylishly decorated, with an incredible terrace. It was impeccably clean & everything you could want is provided. It is an easy walk to town, where there are beautiful beaches & great restaurants. The parking permit was very helpful to use. Nando provides a great guest guide with all the local recommendations. Nando himself met us to check in, he is warm & friendly, & all his communication before & during our stay was great & very responsive. He was a truly great host, & ensured we had a perfect stay in Otranto. Highly recommend staying here & would happily return.

Great location in the old town. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Marinella was very responsive and made an extra effort to accommodate our bikes in her garage.

Kevin and his father Sergio met us and took us to the accommodation. From there they showed us all of the local points and restaurants that they recommended. The apartment was spotless, very close to the centre of the centro storico, but also extremely quiet and peaceful. Their recommendations were greatly appreciated and they followed up to ensure that we were comfortable and if there was any other way that they could help us. I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to spend time in Gallipoli. It is a well presented apartment and close to everything. Thank you Kevin and Sergio.

We had probably our best Airbnb experience. We were greeted on arrival by Paolo who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our vacation. We could reach him at any time and he also had countless good tips for us. Among other things, he recommended the best ice cream (still dreaming of cioccolata fondente). There were some super tasty local specialties waiting for us when we arrived. The house is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. You can tell that the owner is an architect. In general, the house really had everything you need. From olive oil and spices to a washing machine and bathrobes. We wanted to spend the whole day on the terrace by the sea which definitely was our highlight. Our stay felt like a dream and we definitely want to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

This is a beautiful spot with a very special place to swim. In May (before the ladder is placed) jumping in is comfortable and the exit front the water requires a bit of climb. Your hosts couldn’t be sweeter or more responsive. Very thoughtful and prompt. It’s a small place but it’s well equipped and beautifully maintained. Sadly, there was loud construction happening on the dwellings on either side of us during our stay but that could happen anywhere and can’t be predicted. I would absolutely stay here again.

This house and the garden are so perfect, charming, relaxing, comfortable, all the details are impressive, you will have everything you need. Giuseppe is very kind and welcoming. We had a very relaxing time in Vittorio's apartment. The large balcony has a great view of the sea. 2 beaches are directly opposite, only across the less-traveled road from the apartment. The free city beach with the wind-protected bay can also be reached in a few minutes on foot. The sea is crystal clear and shines in all shades of blue. The old town of Otranto is also within a few minutes' walk and offers a wide range of restaurants and ice cream parlors. Vittorio welcomed us very nicely, also gave us many tips during the stay and stayed in touch with us. The apartment is lovingly furnished and has everything you need. We recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a relaxing holiday in Otranto.

This apartment is excellent. The location and views are amazing. We enjoyed the proximity to beach, local cafe and constantly changing vista. Out hosts were very supportive and friendly, but allowed us the space for a quiet holiday. We appreciated quick responses when we asked for recommendations. I would not hesitate to recommend this air bnb or to stay there again. So nice to personally meet the hosts who were extremely welcoming & friendly. The seaview terrace was great for taking in the view, enjoying the night lights, as well as soaking up the sun while enjoying a glass of wine. Easy walking distance to the beach & numerous restaurants.

New, clean and comfortable apartment in a great location facing the sea. We really appreciated the supplies (a high quality hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine with laundry soap etc.). Also very welcome was the presence of a coffee machine with capsules and a complimentary bottle of oil and local wine. The host was very helpful and provided us with great directions on places to visit and places to eat. We hope to be able to go back!

We had a great experience at this stay in Gallipoli. Patrizia is an excellent host, she is very friendly and quickly responded to our doubts, she was kind to pick us up at the train station, she was always proactive and shared recommendations on means of transportation in the area and main points of interest. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, this was clean, well located. A walk away from the old town and is also very close to the train station. I definitely recommend it!

Wow! What an extraordinary Airbnb. The balcony and views are absolutely stunning. We loved being surrounded by the ocean and the private ocean access to swim. Stefania was such a warm welcoming host. We had some delays and she went above and beyond to ensure we got settled in seamlessly. The airbnb itself is even more charming than the pictures, especially the kitchen which is well equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The airbnb is also walking distance to all the main activities in Santa Cesare Terme but also feels private. We were in a group with a toddler and the airbnb was well set up for our needs. We hope to be back!
