We spent a week at August and enjoyed it very much! The apartment is very clean, the kitchen very well equipped, and the view wonderful!

Great location with walking distances to cable cars, restaurants, buses; especially important to us as we did not have a car. Monica was very responsive and provided useful info including local tour company that provided Dolomites tours. Would recommend her place for anyone spending several days in Ortisei — the great gateway to the Dolomites

It was so nice to stay at this place. Very remote and quite, perfect to calm down. Francesco and his family very super helpful and just lovely people. Want to come back soon !

We had a great time on our vacation at La Berlera. It's a great spot if you're looking for a quiet countryside base for exploring the area and making day trips to Limone, lake Ledro or Tenno. The historic tower has been beautifully renovated. Our room, "Coel", was really lovely and had a great view of the surrounding winery. It's got everything you need for a pleasent stay for two. If I could make one change, it would be to add a dishwasher to make the stay even more comfortable for daily cooking sessions. When you're on the balcony in the evening, you can hear the lovely music from the restaurant below and the quiet conversations of the guests, which creates a really nice, cozy atmosphere. The restaurant itself is definitely worth checking out – the food was amazing. It's best to book a few days in advance. Adriana is a welcoming, kind host – easy to reach and happy to help with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend La Berlera at any time!

The house is located in a peaceful valley. The view from the balcony is stunning! It’s clean and the host provided everything we need. We had wonderful times in the house!

Charming and very quiet place with beautiful walks in the surroundings. The house is very well cared for in every detail, comfortable, cozy and really very very clean. Very enjoyable garden and balcony of the property equipped with a table and chairs where you can eat all your meals! Very kind host, wonderful experience.

Thank you Gerlinde for sharing your beautiful home with us. We had a wonderful stay. The property is exactly as described. We loved the use of wood in the house which gave it a very cosy feeling. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage space. The bathrooms were clean and functional. The best part was the view, from both the bedroom terrace & balcony and from the Kitchen and living room. It was lovely waking up to the beautiful sight of the mountains. Gerlinde also spent considerable time explaining the various trails and locations for hikes, which was a highlight of our trip. The indoor parking spot was perfect as we had driven there and we could easily take the car out when we needed to Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will look forward to staying with Gerlinde when we find ourselves in the region again. It is a real Trentino farm nestled in the greenery on the edge of the forest, family-run. The perfectly maintained Tyrolean-style apartment had a balcony with a breathtaking view of the mountain range and the valley. For breakfast, you can have fresh milk, yogurt and homemade jams. In short, everything was perfect, seasoned with the kindness, sympathy and cordiality of Mrs. Hildegard. A short vacation that exceeded all expectations.

A little word of splendor to him Mr. Michael was very nice. The house is so beautiful, the kitchen is complete and the bathrooms are clean at home as if you were at home, and Michael's mother was generous and wonderful ..

We had a great stay! Pictures correspond to reality, it was very quiet, beautiful and the pizzeria in the building is highly recommended after a long hike. Günther always responded quickly and acted immediately when there was a problem with the room card. Gladly again :-)

We had a lovely stay in the modern apartment, very clean and peacefull! Warm welcome and very friendly family! From your little private garden you have an amazing view! Many places to visit in the area (by car).

Very nice place to stay!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment! The house is located on a hillside and has a huge balcony, decorated with wine, from which you have a fantastic view of Arco and the mountains. In a very nice well-kept green area with Mediterranean flair. The apartment is spacious with a nice style of furnishing and plenty of storage space. In the large bathroom, there is a bathtub with whirlpool function. The kitchen is large with a huge fridge. In bad weather, we could use the guest Netflix account on the sofa on the great OLED TV. If you liked, you could keep the cat flap on the apartment door open and every now and then Gill's cat Molly would come by to cuddle. The location of the apartment is very good: Swimming in Lake Garda, hiking and climbing in the immediate vicinity!

We thoroughly enjoyed the time in Christ's apartment. The reception by Christi and Luciano was VERY kind, although we arrived much later than planned due to endless traffic jams. Communication was great and straightforward. The apartment is sparkling clean and perfectly equipped. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the garden also offers wonderful views and was filled with the scent of jasmine. Everything is very lovingly maintained and beautiful. The location directly on the river and close to the lake is wonderful and the bike paths as well as the via ferrata in the area are a dream. The peace there was a blessing for us. For a glass of wine in the evening, we recommend the small winery on the other side of the river: Gino Pedrotti. Thank you, dear Christi and dear Luciano

This was our first visit to Val Gardena and it is a magnificent area and Marlene's place provided us an ideal setting and home to spend our vacation at. We had everything we needed and more. The home was mountain modern style and very upscale. Many of our hiking/biking needs were but a few minutes from the home. There are many wonderful restaurant options in walking distance, too. The home is tastefully done and comes with all the amenities you need- laundry room stocked with laundry supplies, EV charger if you rent an EV (we did) and if you stay a week- a mid week cleaning, truly a rare amenity. Marlene is very accessible and very helpful. We highly recommend this property for a first class mountain/hiking/biking/skiing holiday.

We had a great time in Pietro's apartment. The living room of the attic was very comfortable and with the beautiful beams you can also enjoy theatmosphere inside in case of rain. The mattresses were super comfortable with new Toper from a regional company in Trento. Pietro sent us the parking ticket in advance that was very close totheapartment. We can't wait to go back to Gió's house:) see you soon Pietro!

Spacious apartment, very clean and equipped with everything you need. Within walking distance you can find everything, bars, supermarkets, etc. Horace was very kind in providing us with directions on what activities to do nearby. I highly recommend the location and the price

The place had an ideal location for tours in the rose garden. Beautiful panorama directly behind the apartment. Hikes start at the house. The path behind the house along the stream leads in 20 minutes to a great Schwaige with delicious pizza. The Cabrio Lift to the Rosengarten can be reached on foot. Julian knows his way around and advises on all activities, whether by e-bike, on foot or by bike. The nearest shopping facility is in Tiers.

Of all the locations I have stayed around the Garda lake in Italy, this residence deserves a 10 out of 10! It is one of my best -if not the best- reservations I have made in all my travels. The apartment itself as well as the allround building and garden were super clean (yes, even the spaces you would suggest it is not), very spacious and everything is very well thought of; the layout, facilities, etc. This place stands out in everything. Communication with the owner was very fast, super friendly and very helpful. I have a great respect for what he accomplished with his apartments. We will return to this place next time we will visit the Garda lake.

You know you’ve found a wonderful place when you don’t want to leave! We stayed in the Arnika apartment and it was so charming and comfortable. It was also absolutely spotless. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the farm around us. One of the cats visited us every morning. If you stay here, definitely get a breakfast basket. The milk, butter, yogurt, and jams come from the farm! I’ve never had milk as flavorful as what we were given. Michaela and her family are also lovely people and we felt like family. The apartment is not far from Lago di Braies (about 20 minutes) and about 50 minutes from the famous Tre Cime hike (definitely do both if you can)! We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Idyllic location in the heart of the village. We stayed here for a week in the summer with our two young children and were very satisfied. The property is walking distance to the supermarket, local restaurants and bars. The bus stop is a 2 min walk with access to larger towns like Ortisei. There is a brilliant kids park right outside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Local trails we enjoyed with children were- PanaRaida and Troi Di Tieres. The location is a cycling and hiking dream with so many great places to explore. Simon met us on arrival and was very helpful, his father lives downstairs and was super friendly and welcoming. We hope to return again to experience the area in winter for skiing. Thanks for a super stay!

Giulia's place was exactly as pictured and is in an amazing location--close to everything yet the place was incredibly private. We walked and biked everywhere. The house aesthetic was beautiful and incredibly calming. This is such a find. Her place met and went beyond our expectations. And Giulia was super available and helpful with recommendations. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
