Holiday rentals in Ristonchia

We had a very relaxing week in Castiglion Fiorentino. The area and the place are a little less touristy than some other areas of Tuscany, which we personally like very much. Nevertheless, you can reach livelier, more touristy places very quickly (Arezzo, Siena...). The property with the large garden and pool is great, the house very clean. The decor and standard in the house is fine, it's a bit like visiting grandma's cottage, but the ad doesn't hide anything and we didn't expect it otherwise. So it was totally okay with us. The staff of the agency were very friendly, the owner herself (Giuliana) and her husband we met and they were very warm and helpful. She had left us a homemade tomato sauce and a jam in the beginning and brought us a tiramisu in the course of the week. Thank you so much for this, Giuliana!

For a stay in Camucia, this is the place. No need to look further. It's in beautiful surroundings, the apartment is brlliantly new and clean. It contains everything you need and if you want to cook, the kitchen is well-equipped. There is a double bed and a bed settee in the lounge. The balcony is large and perfect for sitting outside near the trees. Christina communicates brilliantly. She came to pick me up when my friend didn't arrive and her husband immediately fixed the wifi after a storm. This is a perfect Airbnb and I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Magnificent place, on the hills of Florentine Casitas a few kilometers from the center , super welcome, the house is beautiful, everything is very well cared for and in its place , very equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, very clean bathroom and large shower . relaxation area and large and cuddly sofas:-) all made of wood .... Dear Michele and his family, in their hospitality and service. Absolutely recommend a we in this paradise , beauty, tranquility , and relaxation :-) Deserves !!!

Wow!! The home is beyond beautiful and extremely tasteful decorated. From the upstairs bedroom, the view is incredible. My family loved every aspect of the home and we enjoyed spending time together in the spacious living room. It is in the heart of Cortona, so we were able walk everywhere. Special thanks to Marialena, as she ensured we had everything we needed and helped us arrange rides from and to the train station. We can’t wait to return to stay here again!

Nice and spacious home, with simple and functional decor/furniture. comfortable beds, stocked kitchen ware, several bathrooms- definitely would recommend this place to someone looking for a quiet, lovely place to stay that's an easy drive from Cortona/Camucia and other Tuscan towns. We were a little disappointed the spa/gymn/hotel were out of service while we were there,but the pool was refreshing and nice to have in the afternoons. Thanks for a great stay!

Great accommodation at a really affordable price. Spacious, clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable, new bathroom, well-cleaned sanitary facilities. It was a pleasant experience at Daniel's, and when I return to Castiglion Fiorentino, I will definitely return.

We were there for 4 days and it was simply fantastic. The arrival was smooth and Flavia welcomed us very warmly on site. After a short tour of the house and a short briefing, the holiday could begin. A note with restaurant recommendations and excursion destinations was ready on the table. After a short thunderstorm, we had a power outage, but Flavia was immediately available and within 5 minutes we had power again. Shopping and restaurants are easily accessible by car. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone who longs for peace and wants to enjoy nature. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.
