Cottage by Sandnesfjorden in Risør. There are 2 bedrooms in the cottage with double bed in one room and two single beds in the other. In addition, there is a single bed in the sleeping alcove in the kitchen, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Boat space available. Loaded electricity and water. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Short way to Risør and Tvedestrand. Nice hike - and, swimming areas nearby. The cabin is in the same area as we also have a cabin in, so consideration for each other must be shown if we are there at the same time.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the kids, hens. Take a romantic paddle trip rowboat or by canoe in lake, rent a motor boat and travel on discovery journey through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in private lake. We have large patio with several seating areas around the house and barbecue available. Endless with hiking areas in beautiful southern nature just outside the door. Cozy community with convenience stores in 10 minutes walk from the house. A perfect holiday home in the heart of Sørlandet- 30 min from Kragerø and 20 min from Risør Electricity is added. The pool is available from May 1 to October 1

Colorful oasis in the white city

A very cozy house located in the middle of Risør but still secluded in a quiet oasis. The house is unique with all the colors and good ambience. It is located in the middle of a staircase which is a thoroughfare between the main street (Kragsgate) and Caspersens gate. The house is from 1861, but renovated by skilled local artisans in 2019 with convenient room sharing and all amenities needed in a modern residence. Still, the soul of the house is kept, which makes it a great place to spend the days!

the apartment has a fantastic sea view! Big bedroom, sofa bed in the living room with extra soft mattresses. 55" smart TV in the livingroom. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop Holmen. the apartment is equipped with towels, bed linen, toilet paper, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc! the walls are sound isolated, but if you open the window, you will hear the traffic from the road. Koselig restaurert sørlandshus med stor skjermet idylliske hage i vakre Holmesund til leie. Svært barnevennlig hus, hage og område. Flotte bade, krabbefiske- og fiskeplasser i umiddelbar nærhet. Volleyballnett, croquet, fiskestenger, fiskeutstyr, krabbefiskeutstyr, grill etc medfølger. Internett og strøm er inkludert. P-plass til 2 biler. Båt (Pioner maxi 13 fot med 9.9hk) er tilgjengelig i sommersesongen (fom 23. mai 2025).

Badeplass ca 10 min gangtid. Det er toalett og kun kalt vann. (Ikke dusj i leilighet, men Utedusj er tilgjengelig.) (3 senger og mulighet for at en til sover på sofaen.) Sengetøy er ikke inkludert.
