Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Walking distance to bathing areas, hiking areas, the city and everything you need when you are on vacation. We can provide tips and recommendations for your stay in charming Risør. The apartment has a spacious living room with TV, WiFi, coffee table and dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed. The kitchen is renovated in summer 2023. Bring drinking water (20l drinking water is at the cabin), refrigerator, freezer and stove on gas. Lighting and charging possibilities through 12v solar cell systems. Fireplace with free firewood. Boat is included, but bring your own life jackets. Free fishing for trout and perch. Great opportunities for berry and mushroom picking. The cabin must be cleaned on departure. Bring your own linens.

Bathroom with shower and laundry machine. Heat in all floors. Internet.

Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views of the submission to Risør! Located close to the city center and the sea, as well as very short distance to great hiking terrain in Urheia. The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube machine, coffee machine, two stewed patios with a view and charger for electric car. The house is a good fit for 2 or more families:-)

HAMMERLIA 36 is a modern cabin that holds a full-year standard and is located about 100 meters from the sea. The cottage area has its own sandy beach with a barbeque area and a children's playground. A great place to relax or to participate in activities and experiences. In the middle of summer, the sun is up until 21.30 o'clock.
