Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this listing

we spent a week at Antonella's place and it was a fantastic week. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, nothing is missing! The context of the residence is very convenient for both the beach and the surroundings, the area is wonderful and worth visiting. Antonella was hospitable, she met us for check-in and checkout times, she was always available. I recommend this location to everyone and especially Antonella's apartment, it was a beautiful vacation and we will definitely be back!

We stayed in casa Vicolo with our two children (4 and 6 yrs old). The house is beautifully rustic with lovely artwork, wooden beams, a huge fireplace, and Italian tiling, also spacious with a little veranda perfect for relaxing and drying off washing/ swim wear daily after using the pool (with a cupboard containing a float and a couple of foam noodles) and games area (basketball, table tennis and table fuseball). Kids were comfortable in their two single beds room and our double bedroom was spacious, both with attached bathrooms and AC units (temperatures hit 40 degrees in Aug). The kitchen had everything we needed after we did our own shop of essential foods for meals. The hosts were all very helpful and recommendations of local towns, restaurants and olive oil tastings were great. We will definitely be returning to Borgo Acquariua. Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

We really enjoyed our stay at Marzia's place. The house was cosy and the area was breathtaking. Marzia is very friendly and communicates smoothly. She also likes to give extra information about the things you can do in the nearby villages. Thanks for the lovely stay. The Belgium girls

Lovely place - really far from everything - quiet area. Giorgio and his family are very welcoming and helpful. Google translate was a great help as we didn't know much Italian before departure. The family made great recommendations in the nearby cities. Assisi, Forlignio and Spello are really beautiful cities. Great pool was used every day-everything is cared for and cared for every day for the enjoyment of guests.

Fab host and fab place.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially, the strong personality of the house has moved us a little, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Strategic location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Going back to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thank you Lucia! We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

Caterina's accommodation is always recommended. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. The area around Sirolo invites you to good food and excursions, we have been to the area several times. We liked Caterina the best, the apartment matches the description, the living area is nice and spacious, the communication was very pleasant.

We had a fantastic New Year's Eve in this beautiful mountain apartment! The location is ideal, just a short walk from the ski slopes and the Zeta Chalet. The house is large, cozy and always well heated, ideal for relaxing after a day in the snow. Everything was impeccably clean, and the newly renovated interiors give a modern and comfortable touch. We immediately felt at home and appreciated every detail. Experience to repeat: we will definitely be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

This place is beautifully situated at the top of Assisi. It's nice to stroll down hill to get to everything and see the views - but then you have to walk back up. It is a pleasant walk, everything is within 10 minutes. The place is charming and beautifully decorated. It is the downstairs so that is great because it is cool, but it is dark. We weren't home in the day so that was fine and it was great for sleeping. The bathroom is large and pretty with a glorious waterfall shower. The amenities are high quality. She is very kind.

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.

We had an amazing stay at Illy’s place. The house is very well laid out inside and the pool area was beautiful.

My family and I spent two weeks in Donatella 's house and we had a wonderful time. The location is very quiet and peaceful with nice views. It was a good starting point for visiting interesting places , like macerata , sarnano, lago de fiastra and several beaches. We enjoyed the house and le Marche!
