Stefania and Maurizio are amazing hosts. They welcomed us personally an described their place extremely well. Upon arrival they shared an online booklet which described the house and all things to do very well. The place is peaceful and nice. Terriciola is also a good hub to explore key things in Tuscany. You easily get to Firenze, San Gimignano and Pisa. When there, don’t forget to visit the wineries around. Stefania and Maurizio will happily share their tips for getting around. We had a lovely stay in a clean, charming and comfortable apartment with all the amenities one needs. Communication throughout was excellent and we managed to check in early. We were shown around the apartment and all its facilities. Being on one level suited our 88 year old mother-in-law, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The local beach was lovely, lots of choice if public subbed, and a good range of boutique shops and restaurants was a plus.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

My parents stayed at Franco’s for the second time and loved it again. Franco gave great recommendations for the area and events that were taking place at the time. The accommodation was very clean, and the location is simply beautiful. You have everything you need, and it’s a perfect starting point for activities. Would highly recommend it. This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

Great location, very nicely decorated, very comfortable bed and bathrooms, but impractical kitchen.

We felt super comfortable in Mariella's apartment. The beds, including the sofa bed, are very comfortable. The location is perfect for discovering Cecina Mare and the beach is only 2 minutes away. We liked that the apartment was not directly on the main street with the bars and restaurants, where it can get louder at night with many people. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and eating. But we also enjoyed eating outside in the courtyard.

My family and I had a great time at Mario‘s place. Mario is a great host and would recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Mario for the cake and the wine, much appreciated!

We were very happy with this rental. The pictures were dead on. Kitchen perfect for making coffee and keeping your items cold in the fridge. 2 bathrooms were ideal as the bedroom was the entire upper floor. When I return to Florence this is where I wish to stay. Thank you Edoardo

AMAZING stay. More beautiful than the photos. Spotless. 5 min drive to Siena. View of the wine country. Bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Owner was extremely friendly and helpful.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

We had an amazing stay at Jacopo's place, true paradise! Jacopo is a masterhost and we felt very welcome. The bed is great and we had a bbq in the wonderful garden, very peacefull Tuscan vibes. The cats also roam the garden and are very nice. It is not far from Pisa, about 30 min by car. We recommend this airbnb to everyone! :)

Our stay at Luca’s place in Florence was wonderful. The location was extremely convenient with main attractions like the uffizi and galleria dell’academia just a short walk away. The apartment is also located in a very nice square that is lively and fun, but not noisy from the room. There are many restaurants and shops just down the stairs. The room itself was all that we could have wanted. The whirlpool tub was a very nice feature, the bed was conformable, and the atmosphere of the room was very cozy. If we return to Florence, we would love to stay at Luca’s place again!

Easy check in and out. Beautiful space and much bigger than expected. Great place to relax and explore if staying in the city. Really no negatives, book it and be happy.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Emily's apartment is the perfect location to explore Lucca. She was extremely helpful when communicating and very prompt when replying to any queries.

Friendly & super responsive host. Loved the Italian architecture of the building, but comfortable within the renovated interiors of the unit. Stayed in Time room with seniors & a child, had all necessary amenities. Great location, far enough from the chaos yet close to the main square & train station.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
