Apartamento muy bien ubicado y limpio. Juan Antonio estuve pendiente de nosotras desde el momento que hicimos la reserva aconsejándonos sitios. Sin duda si volviera a Sevilla me quedaría en el mismo sitio. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Alloggio in zona tranquilla e in posizione comodissima per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città. Internamente ben curato e fresco nonostante i 40 gradi raggiunti durante il nostro soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato tutti gli accessori necessari in modo da non doverli comprare come ad esempio: bagnoschiuma, shampoo, capsule per macchina del caffè, zucchero, sale olio. Siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo, sicuramente ci torneremo in futuro. Grazie dell' accoglienza.

We absolutely loved our stay in Manu’s apartment. We felt just like a local in our own apartment with the markets and close to all the attractions. We loved cooking in the kitchen, the bathroom was great, hot shower and there was a washer/dryer and we washed every day. The bed was very comfortable and there weren’t any stairs to carry luggage up, thank goodness. The air conditioning was a blessing, but best of all, Manu was fantastic, he answered all our questions super quickly and was so lovely to deal with. Location, location, we were so close to everything and we were in the beautiful old town which is the place to be especially if you want to enjoy the real Spain. We would absolutely stay here again. We had a great time in Sevilla, also thanks to the host's proactivity. We arrived the day of the historic power outage that led to the nationwide blackout in April 2025 and Marisela, Carmen and Fabio put everything in place to ensure a smooth check-in (the doors being fully automated). The apartment had a top equipment and is well located with the entire city center being easily accessible by foot. The immediate surroundings are very cute with many bars, tapas restaurants and pittoresque streets. Great value for money!

Lovely apartment, in a fabulous area, all the best places to visit easily walkable. Very quiet and pleasant area felt safe and secure. Towels and bed linen changed every other day, apartment kept neat and clean by Vanessa ( coffee pods topped up and many extras supplied) Rosa gave us helpful, friendly advice, and was quick to answer messages. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment as a great place to stay.

This was a wonderful location just a short walk to the train station for day trips and into the older part of the city. There we found multiple nice restaurants, shopping and history. Gemma’s instructions for entry were super helpful and made arrival easy.

Die Kommunikation war super und der Host hat sehr schnell geantwortet über die ganze Woche. Er hat uns zu Beginn noch Tipps für die Stadt gegeben und uns eine Google Map mit schon gespeicherten Routen und Attraktionen geschickt. Alles war sauber, die Wohnung war super schön, die Klimaanlage war angenehm und die Pool Area war schön (allerdings muss man den Pool selbst säubern, was aber nicht schlimm war). Ich reagiere sehr empfindlich auf Geräusche und konnte mich dort gut erholen und schlafen ☺️ Für 2 Personen, die gerne auch mal etwas länger in die Stadt spazieren und ihre Ruhe wollen war es perfekt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt 👍🏼

La casita de Manuel es fantástica, no le falta ni un detalle, nos encantó. Está limpia y es muy cómoda. Tiene aire acondicionado para llevar mejor las horas de calor. Está limpita y la cocina tiene de todo. El baño cuenta con secador y hasta gel y champú. Tiene un patio para sentarte al fresquito. Está lejillos del centro pero en bici se llega genial y es un sitio muy tranquilo. Volveremos y la recomendamos.

Antonio was the perfect host right from the point of booking. He was communicative and helpful, providing lots of information about the house, the local area and check in process. When we arrived he was already at the property and gave us a quick tour-it was immediately apparently that the house was absolutely pristine and all the little details had been thought about so carefully-I cannot fault it. We were absolutely delighted and had an incredible week away. Antonio was on hand to answer any questions and we couldn’t have asked for more, I highly recommended this host and this properly.

Nos hemos encontrado muy cómodo en el alojamiento, tenía todas las comodidades y el pueblo muy tranquilo y bonito.

Una experiencia muy bonita, zona tranquila y un anfitrión que vale la pena conocer. Nosotros usamos la casa sobretodo para dormir, nuestra intención fue recorrer la zona. Buena gente y buen lugar. Recomendable al 100%.

Staying at Stephanie's place was a joy. We immediately felt right at home. Stephanie and Javier were quick to provide local recommendations, property was beautiful and the views were stunning! Wonderful villa in a beautiful part of the world - lots to do and see and near amazing beaches 🥰 The villa was perfect and really was pristine - the gardens and pool wonderful and villa very spacious with lots of attention to detail 💖 Loved everything and our stay was very memorable we celebrated my retirement and our anniversary and everything was just so beautiful 🌟 Thank you for such a wonderful stay and made to feel so welcome 💫 We loved it - wish we could have stayed longer ❤️ Thank you and will return again in a heart beat x 💙

Loved the location. The house was charming and we felt very secure (double gates and double locks) even though the neighborhood seemed safe. They had air conditioning in each room which was nice on those hot days in Sevilla. Loved the kitchen layout and the overall charm of the house. Our group of 10 felt at home and had lots of areas to congregate. Definitely would recommend.

We had the BEST time at Ignacio’s lovely villa. It was even better & bigger than we expected. A short 25 minute drive into central Seville but the location is peaceful and the pool and outside areas are so great. Would DEFINITELY recommend and come again, thank you so much! X

This place was in the heart of historic Seville. All the major monuments (Royal Alcazar, Plaza de Espana, and Cathedral were within a stones throw. There are so many wonderful restaurants and great shopping in the area! The host was very friendly and guided us to our parking spot upon arrival. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and had great temperature control. It was a fantastic place to return throughout the day to cool down and recollect ourselves. We would definitely stay here again.

L'appartement de Marilo est très joli, propre et cosy, on s'y sent très bien. Le bonus est le jacuzzi, très appréciable après une journée de visite dans Séville qui est située à seulement une dizaine de kilomètres (compter environ 25min en voiture) Marilo est une hôte aux petits soins, très à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci à Marilo!

Apartamento precioso, muy limpio y con muchas comodidades. Zonas comunes perfectas para niños (piscina, pistas de tenis y padel, parque…). En definitivamente una estancia perfecta. La playa de Altura (Portugal) está a 10 min. en coche e Isla Canela a 15 min. en coche. Volveremos.

A lovely sized apartment with plenty of room to stretch out. Big living area and lounge. Air conditioner was great and cooled the house down well along with the block out shutters. Needed when Seville was 40deg all week. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy walking to the many sites and train / bus stations.

The host family was very welcoming, kind helpful. The apartment was perfect for our short time in Seville- the location was super close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to the Plaza de Espana. We would definitely recommend staying here when you're visiting Seville.

La estancia en el apartamento de Francisco Javier ha sido muy agradable, limpio ordenado y servicios suficientes (de añadir algo serían cuchillos con buen corte. Los horarios de entrada y salida flexibles. Francisco nos facilito muchas información de la zona que nos ha sido muy útil, y Jesús allí en el apartamento atento y servicial. Hemos tenido mala suerte con el viento que no nos ha dejado disfrutar de la maravillosa terraza, pero bueno, las vacaciones son para estar en la calle. Todo perfecto.

Thank you José and Arturo for being so welcoming. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bed and linens were especially comfortable. It was so quiet; excellent sound proofing! Would definitely visit again.

El departamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos: limpio, bien cuidado y muy cómodo. Tiene buena luz natural, todo funciona correctamente y se nota que está bien mantenido. Ideal para una estancia tranquila y sin complicaciones.
