Apartment holiday rentals in Rio nell'Elba

It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

The elevated position of the house allows very nice views of the village of Capoliveri and the sea in the southwest and northeast. Large terrace, cozy place to rest on the sofa or sun loungers or to eat at the table with panoramic views. Two bathrooms are practical and spacious, the kitchen compact and functional for this apartment size. The village is easily reached on foot, the ascent is also easy to manage after dinner in the village. The parking space in the garage is very convenient. Unfortunately, no bed, kitchen or bath linens are offered, these must be brought along.

A wonderful stay. June month ideal to stay in Elba, as it is not too crowded. Ideal house for two people. Beautiful view from the terrace, equipped with a coffee table and chairs. Ability to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace enjoying beautiful sunsets and the singing of birds. The only drawback is the sofa bed with a thin and spring mattress that is uncomfortable for elderly or very heavy people. Easy to reach in about 20 minutes by car all the most beautiful beaches of Elba: Sansone, the Sorgenti, the lover, Fetovaia, Cavoli, Le Ghiaie. Bagnaia is very nice, with a nice children's playground, municipal relaxation area, supermarket and restaurants and several bars. Cute marina with the possibility of renting various types of boats. 10 minutes by car Portoferraio with many supermarkets and all kinds of goods.

The apartment is wonderful, surrounded by the sea on all sides with indescribable tranquility and peace. It is located in the center and it is very convenient to walk to the sea or activities and restaurants. In addition, Giuseppe was very kind and available to help us at every stage of the stay, from check-in to check-out. A wonderful person! I recommend anyone to stay here as much as possible, it's really worth it!

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The view is breathtakingly beautiful - you have the opportunity to grill overlooking the sea. Luca and his family were very nice and always available. The beach is in a few minutes' walk. We also thought it was great to borrow surfboards and kayaks to paddle and store our sup at the bottom of the beach. It is also great that you can use sun loungers and sunshades on the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and even a dishwasher and washing machine are provided. We especially enjoyed the peace and the view!

Lovely apartment located on the mountain top overlooking Porto Azzurro. Many lovely terraces and nooks to sit and lie on. Please follow the indicative drawing for directions as it is the only way up. And be ready on a narrow road with any oncoming. The only small thing, is that you have to dispose of your own 1 km away down town. But once it's learned, it goes too! Ernastine is very knowledgeable about Elba and is happy to give out of your knowledge. We had 7 amazing days on Elba with lots of experiences in both nature, beach and city.

The accommodation at Irene's apartment was pleasant and comfortable. The spaces are generous and the presence of two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two different floors offers flexibility and comfort at the same time. The apartment is in excellent condition and the location is strategic as it allows you to quickly reach the nearest beaches, main towns and amenities. The village where the apartment is located (Rio Nel Elba) is very pleasant and comfortable. The view from the balcony is on the main avenue of the village and the terrace on the second floor allows you to appreciate the characteristic view of Isola D'Elba. In terms of services, Irene and Giovanna have always been responsive and proactive in managing my requests, expressing absolute availability, kindness and customer care (personally perceived).

A super spacious and all available house, with a kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, in a small village not far from Rio Marina. If you arrive by ferry and come by car it is not difficult to get there: it is also easy to find a place to park the car since the house is not in ZTL. Walking can be uncomfortable, so it is advisable if you come without a vehicle to fully enjoy the beauty of the island. In addition to this, Anna is super kind, helpful and has helped us a lot. We are happy to have been your guest and hope to come back one day.

Check-in kindly early in the morning. Recently renovated cozy apartment, equipped with all amenities, from the coffee maker to the dishwasher. Within walking distance of the sea and the center of Marciana M. Free parking near the apartment, always parked without difficulty. Very available and super attentive host with advice and tips for our vacation, in fact during our stay he inquired several times if everything was ok.. we will definitely be back!

When we arrived on the island, she immediately conquered our heart. Bruno was very friendly and provided us with various information in advance. The check-in was hassle-free and fast, the castle a real dream! It is an impressive building and a great joy to stay in it. The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortably furnished. The kids and we felt right at home. The pool and also the tennis court are well cared for and a highlight to the already exceptional accommodation. The direct location by the sea completes everything perfectly. The beach and water are beautiful and simply magnificent. Also a nice bar, where the program always takes place in the evening, is in walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The place was fresh and perfect, with everything you could need. Having a parking space in the courtyard is a fortune on the island of Elba. Wonderful panorama. Quiet context. In 15 minutes you can reach PortoAzzurro and in 5-6 minutes to Rio Marina. Museums, attractions, beautiful beaches at your fingertips. Edoardo is always ready for any eventuality. The swallows on the terrace kept us company early in the morning and in the evening, and everything remains clean thanks to the supports under the nests. Two wonderful weeks lived as if we were at home. Thank you so much for this beautiful little house.

Licia is a host, available and responsive to questions. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine,except for linens. What increases the value, however, is the terrace that overlooks the bay, offers a good morning and with the sunset the evening. Fill the heart.

Extremely beautiful accommodation in a very quiet location. The beach and the village can be reached in 5 minutes with the bicycles provided. Great terrace and beautiful garden with outdoor shower in an olive grove. Highly recommend!

it is a residential complex surrounded by greenery and peace, convenient to the beaches and places of interest nearby. The swimming pool is really nice. Great value for the price.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Laura's for 2 nights. We had a great time, they are very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to them, also for the great location that allows us to explore the surroundings easily and in peace.

Marco's apartment is has a wonderful garden and in the apartment is very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, we found everything we needed. We did have a bit bad luck, as the weather in the middle of March was very cold (between 3 an 9 degrees only). The apartment does have a heating - the radiators are heated throught the fireplace. But it takes at least an hour until they get warm. However we would still recommend this apartment and might come again.

Our stay was simply wonderful. The lovingly furnished apartment had everything we needed and more. The terrace offered a breathtaking view of the sea and we could enjoy beautiful sunsets. By car, everything in the area was easily accessible and the area itself was just lovely. Isolina and her daughter were nice and accommodating hosts. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Chris is a very warm person and shows it. The apartments and the area are very well thought out. Everything arranged with great attention to detail. The natural pool is a force to be reckoned with, it cleans itself by electrolysis (salt). Our skin immediately noticed and thanked us with smoothness.
