Holiday rentals with a sauna in Río Grande

What a gem! Everything is brand new and modern. Plenty of space for a family or multiple couples. This unit has great amenities and amazing views of the ocean and islands. The moon shimmers off the ocean, and the buildings on the hill behind the property look like Encanto all lit up at night, which my daughter loved. The property has 3 great pools. It's close to Loquillo's beautiful beach and the Yunque rainforest. Jesus is a great host who thinks of everything. He's always available and ready to make your stay amazing.

Our first time in PR and I must say it was amazing! The parking for this condo was so convenient! The beach access and all of the immunities on site were perfect. Laundry room a little outdated n some machines were not functional but it has nothing to do directly with the condo. Thank you for a great experience. Will be back!

Nos encantó que en la cocina tuvieran un detalle especial para la cumpleañera: una postal y su bebida favorita. ¡Un gesto hermoso que marcó la diferencia! 🎉 El lugar es cómodo, limpio, con vista a la playa también y muy céntrico, ideal para descansar y también para divertirse. This place was truly amazing! In the best area to stay in old San Juan. Samantha was very accommodating and responsive. Will definitely be booking again.

Description is completely accurate, everything was exactly as pictured, & all that we expected. Luis was very responsive right from the start. He asked about our family to be sure that the sleeping arrangements would be agreeable. Communication prior to our arrival was timely, complete, & well-detailed. We had everything needed to easily gain access to the condo. The condo is well stocked with kitchenware and everything you need for enjoying time on the beach. (Towels, chairs, cooler, sand toys) Each room of the condo has individual temperature control so everyone was able to set it to their needs. Upon arrival & checkin, Luis provided great suggestions for finding traditional food & local favorites. Sleeping was very comfortable for all of us & having 2 full bathrooms was a great plus for a group of 6. There was plenty of space for us & all our bags without feeling like we were crowded. (Thanks for all the hangers too!) And the balcony was a great spot for morning coffee & a book. 💜

This property was amazing. The View from 12th floor of the living room area was truly breathtaking. Access to the apartment and private entrance to the beach was quite simple. Parking was also quite easy, I had no issues with parking in the front lot and the staff was friendly. This host was very accommodating regarding an early check-in for a very small fee that practically felt free allowing my family to freshen up and enjoy the rest of the day and evening. The amenities, furniture and condition of the apartment were accurate. The property and apartment were also very clean. The location is near a lot of beaches, shops and restaurants and a short ride to many other vibrant areas of San Juan. The host was very responsive and proactive in making sure we were okay and comfortable but not in an overwhelming way. I hope to stay at this property again if I come with a group or family as you should as well. Host was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Emmanuel is an awesome host, helpful, accommodating and responding within minutes. The apartment itself is at a great location near many restaurants and right on the beach, all you have to do is go down the elevator and you have private access to the beach. I will definitely book my next stay at this AirB&B I felt right at home.

I'm glad I stayed at Juan's place. It felt like home during my stay and it was in a great location, close to everything. Juan was also communicative and responsive. Check in and out was easy. I'd recommend a stay at his place!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in San Juan, Alfedro’s place is your best option. Close to everything including, restaurants, supermarkets, beach, and more. Very walkable area. And only 5 mins from SJU. Amazing and cozy place to stay with an amazing city and Sea view. Would recommend!! Definitely booking again in the near future.

The condo was just as described and even better in person! From the decor to being fully stocked, this place really felt like a home away from home. Edith thought of everything! From toiletries to beach chairs and coffee pods. We felt really taken care of! We cannot wait to come back and visit again!

We had a great stay at Maria’s place! My family really enjoyed the beautiful home, which is conveniently located near restaurants and grocery shops. Maria was an awesome host—always quick to respond and offered some great restaurant recommendations. The place was just as described, and we appreciated her excellent communication. We did experience a power outage across the island, but thankfully, the property has a generator, so we weren’t affected at all. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

This condo is beautiful. We LOVED our stay here and felt very much right at home. The condo is stocked with anything that you think you might need. If you go to the beach everything is in the condo. The beach towels are the BEST. The beds were all comfortable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Iris is so helpful and responsive. The check in instructions are clearly defined and explain everything to you. The condo is gated with security so we always felt extremely safe. If we ever come back to this area I would not hesitate and would book this condo again for sure. Thank you again Iris for your beautiful condo and your amazing hospitality.

Lucy’s place was exactly as described. Location is perfect and walkable to restaurants. Beach access was amazing. Host was kind and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely would recommend and return. Thank you again for a fantastic vacation!

This place is definitely worth it! The pool was the spotlight & there are so many other listed amenities that were enjoyed. Easy to check in & out, clear instructions. Definitely a PR feel to the place, out of the way of all the noise & nice neighbors. Would definitely stay again.

The home is spacious and well maintained. The super market, rental locations and ferry terminal are walkable distance. Overall enjoyed the home and central location.

The location was fantastic, situated in a lovely community. The Airbnb itself was spotless, stylish, and comfortable. I’d absolutely choose to stay here again!
