Private suite holiday rentals in Río Grande

This spot was great for us! It had a cozy at home and community feel being a guest suite, outdoor area, and pups and cats around. The space is small, but worked out for us as we only needed it to sleep and bathe. So nice having items for beach available to us: Towels, chairs, coolers, etc. Gigi was so kind and wish I was able to spend more time with her!

Very accommodating and kind! Was accessible and helpful! It’s definitely small, but truly comfortable and was the perfect place to rest and make small meals.

The space was exactly as described and exactly what we needed! Great location - fantastic neighborhood with close restaurants and a short block walk to the beach. It was perfect!

My stay at La Botanica Hotel was simply amazing. The atmosphere there is very calming. Upon entering nto the space with beautiful greenery and sounds of wind chimes, one is transported to an oasis, in the middle of the city. The team members are all very amiable and willing to answer what ever questions I may have had. The room was basic but very comfortable with everything necessary including beach towels, beach mat and cooler bag. I looked forward to the morning yoga practices followed by a vegan breakfast…..the food was definitely a high point with such presentation, flavour and variety! The chefs are awesome, make sure you have Solange’s mole made with pure love! The beach is a mere 5 minute walk away and the water was very warm and enticing.. La Botánica is the perfect unpretentious spot for a reset of mind, body and soul.

Amazing stay in Vieques! Had everything you need and was close to the beach and town. We enjoyed the view, the pool, and the friendly dogs/chickens. We also took advantage of the beach chairs and scuba gear that were provided!

Very nice and quiet neighborhood with good parking. House was very cute. Everything was neat and clean. Anything we needed was already there . Host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

This home was perfect for our stay in Puerto Rico! The GPS made the home a little difficult at first but after calling Jorge he sent the exact address & got us to the right place. The home was very clean besides a few dust bunnies in the bedroom closet & a couple stains on one beach towel. However, the property provided towels, beach towels, snorkels & goggles & so much more. The home was also very central to all activities we took part in. 15 minutes from the airport, 30 mins to El Yunque,20 to old San Juan/ T-mobile District. This was a very quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors. The sitting area was very peaceful & the owner of the property was a sweet little lady that brought us more towels and shared insight on best places for souvenirs and local restaurants. We had a wonderful time at Casa Margarita. Joseph & Amber were amazing hosts and were very thoughtful and helpful through out our stay. From giving us little breakfast treats to accommodating our requests/ needs, they were truly astounding hosts. The place is described exactly as it was listed. It’s by no means is a modern place but gives local Puerto Rican house vibes. Having access to the beach gear: umbrellas, chairs, snorkel equipment etc were extremely helpful! It’s a small quaint little town and there is a small grocery store that is walkable.

Wow, we just returned from our honeymoon stay at Ryan and Lisa’s place and I couldn’t wait to write a review! From beginning to end they made our stay absolutely remarkable and memorable. If I could give this place 100 stars I would! ⭐️ From the amazing backyard oasis and waking up and falling asleep to the sounds of the rainforest, to touring el Yunque with Ryan (amazing!!) to their exquisite food (OMG I will dream of their food!) to their love and care and attention to every detail, this was an experience we will never forget. Their gracious hospitality makes this far beyond what you would ever expect from an Airbnb experience. We return home with new long distance friends and can’t wait to plan a return visit! Perfect balance of tranquil peace and accessibility to the highway. All the needed amenities were there and there’s nothing better than washing your clothes before heading back home. Will definitely be coming back!

I have been using Airbnb for 10 years now. This is my favorite one! Aida and her husband felt like my Aunt and Uncle! I’m a single female and felt completely safe and at home the entire time. I had trouble with my rental car and my “Uncle” took care of it! There’s a mango tree on the property, so we had fresh ones the entire trip! Delicious! This trip was a graduation gift for my daughter. When we arrived, my “Aunt” had a surprise waiting on the bed! So thoughtful! If you want to escape the busy city life, this is it! The sounds and smells of the country paradise awaits!

We really enjoyed our stay in the guest house of this residential property. It is quiet and private. Very comfy and cozy with everything you need. Issac and Sarah are great hosts, eager to make sure you have a nice stay. Great value for this well equipped guest house.

It was a very nice place to stay. Almost sound proof to the outside roosters lol! The bathroom was amazing, so much so, that it gave us an idea of what we want for our own bathroom at home. The bed was super comfy, closet space was a plus and the kitchenette was really cute. Highly recommend this location and will be booking again for a future visit in Fajardo. Rosie is very responsive to any questions or concerns we had and recommended local areas for dining.

Nothing but amazing things to say about this Airbnb! So convenient being a short drive away from the airport, helped us navigate buying ferry tickets, all the locals are wonderful and neighbors are amazing! Truly truly truly 5/5 starts staying here! We had a great stay! It’s a close drive to the airport and near the city of San Juan. The upstairs patio is really nice, the fan is a great feature to have. The AC runs exceptionally, keeping the rooms really cool. The hosts were super accommodating and responsive. One night of our week stay, we were struggling to get in. Luckily, even though it was late, they were able to help us get in. We had the sweetest little old lady as our neighbor, she was very friendly and recommended some good food and beaches. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The house was easy to find, even at night. We love that the home is eco-friendly and that we were staying with hosts who are local natives to Puerto Rico. Overall, it was a wonderful home away from home!

Karin’s home was a home away from home. Everything was as described and pictured. The home was specious, and provided beach chairs and coolers for our beach adventures. Karin provided detailed instructions for arriving and entering into the home. The neighborhood was nice and quite. It was the perfect location, as it was near all the places I needed to go to. I would definitely return to Karin’s home.

We stayed here from the 14th to the 18th of May as pre-Birthday gateway and we had a great time. Mary and Jeff were very responsive and friendly. We loved everything about their house. The outdoor living area was perfect to fully enjoy the beautiful tropical atmosphere. Bed rooms and bath rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, nice and clean kitchen utensils and parking right outside. We highly recommend staying here and will for sure stay when we come back to the PR.

I've stayed here before and it was a great experience, which led to my return. I'll probably stay here when I'm in town again next time.
