Family-friendly holiday rentals in Río Grande

I had a blast, I was traveling alone and this place was more then I’d ever need! It sleeps 4 comfortably. It feels like a suit in a hotel, it’s huge for the value! The restroom was well maintained. I really enjoyed the views from the patio and the fact the pool area is right off the backside of the villa is amazing’. Not to mention all the fun I had exploring the resort ground in that fun yellow golf cart! Which I believe is a major necessity since it was probably a 20-30 min walk to the hotel from my villa which is wear you’ll find food, drinks and entertainment so having a golf cart was super needed and fun! I could go on for days about the beauty of this place but ultimately I would 10/10 recommend booking this villa even for a party of 4 there’s plenty room!

This ocean villa is wonderful. Steps to the beach, very private, and perfect views of pool and ocean. It’s great for a couple or couple with a child. It has everything we needed in terms of amenities.

It was a great place to stay for a few days before our cruise. Absolutely beautiful views! Great amenities in the condo. The property was a bit confusing and our driver couldn’t find “cluster 2” and we had to ask a few people for directions. Also hard to get any food delivered. We walked to the main hotel (through the golf course) and ate there. Food was great, but expensive!

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

We had the most wonderful family vacation staying here! Bri’s place is beautiful, perfectly appointed for our needs, and eating breakfast on a patio looking out on the rain forest cannot be beat. Rio Mar is well located for easily checking out San Juan, hiking the rain forest, accessing supermarkets and great restaurants, and the all time highlight of being close to so many spectacular beaches. On top of all of this, the Rio Mar resort is beautiful. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, and using a golf cart to access this massive resort. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

The place was beautiful, one of the best airbnb i ever stayed. Views were breathtaking apt better than the pictures. Place was spotless🤩. Kathy was the best host ever. Even do she was in Peru she never stop communicating. We were very grateful for everything! We are returning 100%!!

Paradise! There were extra sheets, pillows and blankets and an airmatress, which worked out perfect for our family of 4.

Our family of 4 had a great time at the apartment and enjoyed the pool and beach. Having a kitchen was so convenient. We visited the kioskos de Luquillo and El yunque during our stay. Included parking was also a plus.

Alvy was an amazing host. She had everything I could have needed including beach chairs, a cooler, and towels. She was super responsive and had great recommendations for my kids and I. I would 100% stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

This place is incredible. Multiple people in our group said they slept like a baby every night. Fall asleep to the sounds of Coquis and wake up to the sound of songbirds. We came in mid-March. It got a little chilly at night, and perfect during the day. So many people were asking me about the place when I posted on social media. We left yesterday. I already miss it.

Completely loved the stay!

Beautiful and safe place! Great for larger groups as there is ample seating with a larger dining table and patio, washer and dryer in unit which was helpful with a toddler, beach accessories, games, kitchen essentials, gated community. Host was very responsive, friendly and communicated proactively.

We loved our stay! The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the porch facing the ocean was amazing. Would definitely stay again. Only issue we had was that the tennis court was in too poor condition to play on, but other than that it was a flawless stay. We’ll be back!

I have to say the following: there are good hosts, excellent hosts, super hosts and there is this host!! His level is above excellent. I can't find words in the human language to describe it!! 300% recommended!! It's AAAAA+. Their attentiveness is on another level!! Super!! 👍

We loved the downstairs area to hang out, play pool, cook and swim! It was nice and cold upstairs and with many ac units. There were 5 of us and it was just right!

Had a wonderful stay at Lolys place. She was very responsive to my questions and I felt very safe and at home in her place. The condo was centered right by the pool and the beach which was extremely convenient for myself and my family. I would happily stay at Lolys again!

Cookie and Enrique’s place was just what the doctor ordered! The apartment is located on the beach and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The apartment is fully furnished and stocked with all home necessities. We enjoyed our stay and loved the apartment!

We had a wonderful stay in Rio Grande at the Rio Mar resort. Margaritas place was exactly as described. We were comfortable! There was so much to do in the area on this beautiful island. I do recommend a rental car to get around the resort and the local area. Our favorite breakfast and pizza place was Lluvia around the corner once out of the resort. Vinilo bar was very yummy for drinks and it is in a neat little entertainment area where kids and adults can play, also right around the corner once out of the resort. Highly recommend!

Great! Loved the location— right on the beach, quiet, great for vacation. The common space got great use and the unit was very accommodating to our large group. Would recommend!

Book now! Glissette’s place is beautiful. Extremely clean and well taken care of. She is extremely organized and has thought of everything. Our kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys for the beach. Having access to the golf cart to get around the resort was helpful. The beds were comfortable. The patio was a great spot to have coffee and enjoy the views. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful place in a great area. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Really enjoyed our stay! Everything was as described and we had a great time. Diana was super responsive and we are so thankful. The resort was nice and it was easy to get around with the included golf cart. The only two slight issues were really early loud bird songs that woke everyone up at 4am each day - that comes with the natural reserve environment I suppose. The wifi wasn't working in half the house but the host was responsive and I know they are already working on replacing the system after we left.

Location, location, location! Beautiful spot that felt almost private at times. Enjoyed the benefit of staying on the Wyndham property from a privacy and security standpoint. Beach and pool were huge hits with the kids. Rainforest and Luquillo beach were minutes away. Tons to do! Main Wyndham property near by was nice to have for food. Sandra was very responsive while we were down there and gave us a lot of recommendations. View from the balcony of the beach and pool was stunning. Great trip!
