Staying with Iris was a pleasure. Communication was great. The house was very spacious, with everything you need, clean, cozy and with a pool. Highly recommended.

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Beautiful location, comforts of home while being surrounded by beautiful rainforest wildlife. Just make sure you are mentally prepared for no AC and knowing that critters are everywhere in the rainforest and you will have a wonderful time.

Our experience at Carmen’s property was like no other. The home exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space to spread out so we never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to walk outside each morning and take in the gorgeous views. We will miss sitting in the unique pool and gathering on the porches listening to the jungle sounds at night. Carmen is the very definition of a Superhost - thoughtful, responsive, and truly dedicated to making her guests' stay exceptional. She personally met with us when we arrived to show us all the amenities of the house and had local snacks ready to start us off. Her restaurant recommendations were also appreciated. We all agreed that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and spacious retreat.

Pretty neat,clean and comfy home! We had a great stay that provided us with a great place at the end of the day to relax,cook and enjoy our trip. We will definitely come back here again next time. Also the fruits in the garden are so delicious.

Great place to stay at if you’re looking for a peaceful time. The views are beyond beautiful and the home is very clean. The neighborhood has very narrow roads and it’s difficult to park at first but once you get used to it, it will be fine. Hosts were sweet!

Christopher’s place was great! Location- maybe a 5mins drive to Luquillo beach and lots of eatery as well! Perfect! Place-easy to find as it is right off the highway. Private parking space. Quiet neighborhood. This home sits on an uphill with a beautiful view. We stayed at the lower level of this two floor home and it was lovely! An outside area to enjoy your morning coffee, great working AC, and all the little home items you’d love such as a coffee maker, cups, fridge, regular and beach towels… Host-great communication, responsive and very friendly! Had the pleasure of meeting them :) Overall so happy we found this place and would definitely recommend to those looking to stay around the luquillo area.

Highly recommended. Excellent area just outside of San Juan… perfect for a quick getaway. Plenty of nearby restaurants, beaches, and things to do but also quiet, peaceful, and away from the hustle and bustle. Olivia was a great host - very friendly and helpful.

It’s everything that was advertised. Clean, affordable, and the views were spectacular. The landscape and views were worth the price of admission by themselves.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. The pictures were accurate, we had lots of kitchens utensils and dishes. We appreciated the cooler and towels to use on the beach as well as beach chairs ( which we didn't actually need). The check in and out process was very easy and clear. We loved the views from the balcony and the quiet atmosphere of the community is unmatched. We also like the security at this resort. Communication was great with owners, we had a couple of questions and all were answered quickly and with a positive attitude. Would definitely book this condo again.

Robert was great throughout the whole process, being very accommodating and understanding and on top of a lot of concerns and potential issues. He warned about minor issues with the lighting and the relatively minor difficulty of the door opening/closing, and he usually answered well and promptly, either throught the platform or a text or call. He also had his neighbor available to help with suggestions, though that was not as easily accessible/took a bit of extra initiative since we didn't have their number except when they were already outside. The fire extinguisher was concerningly empty and smoke detectors were missing from rooms except possibly main room, so that was concerning. But as soon as I pointed it out, he ordered a fire extinguisher for the next day and even offered to refund me for buying one and for a smoke alarm, so I feel that he went above and beyond to the extent that he could on this. Overall, the place was great-so was he even- if not fancy& close to event venue

I loved this place, and I wish I would’ve booked it for my entire trip as I regretted checking out and I would’ve checked back in but they were booked for the rest of the week. It’s very clean. It’s very comfortable. It very quiet with the exception of the wildlife that’s so noisy (the coqui frogs at night, which are pretty cool, but it takes getting used to the sounds). Her location is close to the forest and that’s about the only thing I know of to do in the neighborhood. The only thing that disappointed me was that the Jacuzzi wasn’t heated up, so I didn’t use it and I think they sprayed air freshener on the pillows, which is understandable with the humidity in Puerto Rico, but I have a very bad fragrance sensitivity. The yard is very pretty. I love her garden and plants. I’m a woman traveling alone and I often get nervous in new places and I loved her unit! Plus Coco, her little dog, became my best friend in less than 24 hours. I adore that little dog. She brightened my days!

I was so happy to find a place right on the beach. Beach is quiet which is always a plus for me. Natalia was very helpful in sending me suggestions of places to go and the best restaurants. Her home is clean and beautiful! Exactly what we needed. We cant wait to return!

our stay was absolutely amazing. The place looks exactly like the pictures – the views are stunning, the pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing, and the whole vibe is just so peaceful and comfortable. Our host (Tom) was incredibly welcoming, kind, and always available to answer any questions or offer recommendations (he literally has a binder with food recommendations, beaches and activities). You can really tell tom cares about making sure guests have a great experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything you want to see in Puerto Rico, and the property itself is like a little slice of paradise. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with all the amenities and more, this is definitely the spot! Highly recommend this place, and I can’t wait to come back!

I’d say it’s a great location. The area is in perfect location to ever hot spot of the south east everything from San Juan to ceiba is 30 to 45 min drive. I loved the private beach and private pool.

The apartment was amazing. Beds were very comfortable, very spacious apartment and very clean. They provided tanning lotions, aloe Vera, antibacterial, a notebook of activities and spices for cooking.

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

Our family enjoyed our stay in Tom's place. We took advantage of the many different pools the location had and it was not overly crowded like most locations especially during a holiday weekend. The kids especially enjoyed the kiddies pool and was easy for my husband and I to keep track of them. The view was beautiful and right off the water just liked described. We hope to be back one day again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is nice and clean. There are so many little extras like 3 cold water bottles in the fridge, a snack bar, beach chairs, coolers, board games. The A/C works really well in the rooms. Very helpful and detailed check-in instructions. There is a pool that stays open until 11pm (and security will ask you to leave if it is after that time). The beach is a short walk to the back of the complex. The beach is nice to look at during sunset, but has a lot of debris on the sand and the water is also too dirty to get in. The mosquitoes bite and you can't stay on the beach without OFF bug spray. It is a short drive to Luquillo Beach and the Kiosks, and also El Yunque National Park. Overall very pleased and glad we stayed here!

Me and my family Loved everything about this place. It was wonderful. Nice, clean, peaceful, and very quiet. The condo was right next to a private beach. What more could you ask for! Peter was very friendly and always very responsive to any question or doubt I had. His place is very easy to find and he made sure me and my family was comfortable by providing all the amenities that I need to ensure I had a great stay. I would recommend his place 100%. I'll be back for sure. Thank you!
