Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Rio del Mar

We really enjoyed our stay here! The directions to check in were very thorough! Ray is very professional and was great at communication if we had any questions. We can’t wait to stay here again and will definitely recommend to everyone!

Beautiful resort and a fabulous room! It was very spacious and well stocked. A little pricey....but that's the economy - would absolutely book again in the future if possible

We were in the middle of an eventful roadtrip (rollercoaster, tbh--including mechanical issues with our vehicle, resulting in a forced mid-trip swap)... so I was extremely relieved when we arrived at George's place and everything was as advertised. Very modern and clean, and I loved all of the custom lighting options (dimmers, fun bathroom nightlight, etc). I had contacted him beforehand, to let him know we had a large vehicle, and he got back to me asap to confirm that the parking space at his home would be spacious enough to accommodate it. And, the bed is so comfy! There are advertised Quiet Hours for this listing, and Yes, there were noises from the chickens/roosters outside, but animals don't tend to observe Quiet Hours. (I am sensitive to noise and always travel with earplugs, and could not hear anything with my earplugs in.) I heard a small dog barking somewhere else on the property, for several hours one evening, but the barking stopped just before quiet hours began.

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend! The place was very clean a day modern. We loved all of the amenities they offered. it was the perfect place for our family of 4 to relax in such a beautiful space. Thank you! We will be back!

LOVE Pajaro dunes ! Everything was exactly as described ! The only thing is that the description mentioned no essentials, which we ended up bringing our own. Once arrival we discovered that they had everything that you needed ! Now I know for next time not to carry everything from my kitchen. This place was everything we needed and more. Felt right at home. The one thing is that the bed was uncomfortable but other then that the view was beautiful and my family and I would definitely come again !

We have stayed at many beach hotels and apartments and this may have been the best. Beautiful view of the beach, which is pretty quiet. And you can walk on the beach for a couple of hours in either direction. Also really enjoyed the location in Watsonville, which is the strawberry capital of the US. And nice to have Monterey and Santa Cruz nearby. Communicaiton with Pajaro Dunes was very good and helpful. Look forward to coming back.

Probably the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in in terms of being a clean, well stocked place. So many little details done right. Charging docks on all the night stands. A “did you forget anything” toiletry basket in the restroom. The well equipped kitchen and selection of coffee from Keurig to Nespresso. A lot of care was put into this home and it’s well worth the asking price. As far as location, proximity to the beach, and views - that is all self explanatory. I had an amazing time, and will certainly book again.

We were here to celebrate my birthday with family over the weekend! The place was just comfy for two couples + kid. Walkable to the beach. We utilized the pool onsite and restaurants. Everything in the Airbnb was as described and clean. It can get warm at night so we opened the windows and patio doors to let the cool air in while sleeping which helped a lot to cool down the place. Would definitely recommend for families with kids.

We had a fabulous stay. Brit and Alan were super responsive before and during our 4-nite stay. The house and outside patio provided exactly the space we wanted to celebrate our son's UCSC graduation with family and a few friends. It felt like home. From first nite pizza dinner and sitting around the outside gas fireplace ... to a watch party for grandma and a couple other family members who could not attend the UCSC ceremony .. spaces worked great and were super comfortable. We fully enjoyed making our own morning coffee and kicking back on the patio to enjoy sunshine - as well as taking short walk to Shrine Coffee for cappuccinos and pastries, as well as hosting lunch for family at Steamer Lane Supply - fish tacos - yum! -- also short walk. Bikes were perfect for exploring beautiful neighborhoods. Easy to use and great locks. We loved the grill area - and kitchen well supplied to supported mixed grill feast on 3rd nite. Beds - including loft pull out - all super comfortable! Thanks!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming rental home! The location couldn’t have been better, right in the heart of the historic district and just a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Being able to explore the town on foot made our trip so relaxing and enjoyable. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and full of character. It had all the modern comforts we needed, while still preserving the charm of its historic setting. We especially appreciated the hot tub, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking about. Ali was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

A million Mahalos Vic and Leanne. We had an amazing time at your place in the Redwoods. First I want to say WOW, not only was this place clean, it was spotless. We felt like we were the first people who've ever stepped foot in the air bnb. Vic and Leanne had everything thing we needed and beyond. They really took their time when they put this place together. Their kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to put our meals together and the grocery store was only a few minutes away. Via and Leanne also had a ton of wonderful tips in their welcome binder. The prime location of Vic and Leanne's place made daily trips to Henry Cowell state park a must. Vic and Leanne are amazing hosts who made my family feel welcome and right at home. This place is heaven in the Redwoods for sure. Aloha Vic and Leanne!

My family and I spent a fantastic week at Jackie's house. Sunny, comfy, and well-equipped with everything visitors might need, the house is a perfect spot to start and end a day of exploring beautiful Santa Cruz. We hope to return!

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

We had a fantastic stay at David’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, and everything was exactly as described. David was a responsive and helpful host, making check-in and communication seamless. One of the best parts was how well-stocked the Airbnb was for a beach day—it included a sand wagon, ice chest bag, umbrella, shade tent, and other beach essentials, which made everything super convenient. We really appreciated those thoughtful touches and look forward to visiting again!

This place was perfect! Views as promised!! Clean, smartly decorated, special touches like a makeup mirror, toilet area separate from the sink, shower, comfortable bed and soft linens, throw blankets for comfort, 2 huge TVs , Nice restaurants within walking distance, pool, beach, trails, observation platform…. We totally loved it here! Would highly recommend and would go again if the opportunity arises. Unfortunately we had to leave early…. I’m still sad about that! But no fault of theirs! Owners were very responsive, helpful and positive.

Travis place was sooo beautiful soo perfect for my weekend getaway. I would totally recommend. Only thing is it would be nice to be able to have a option for early check in even if you pay a little extra

We’ve stayed at Pajaro Dunes before, but it’s been decades ago. Marc’s place was perfectly situated for privacy and views and was very clean and well appointed. The peacefulness and serenity were exactly what we were looking for. The beachy feel of the furnishings was charming and the unit included all that we needed including an upgraded and well furnished kitchen, a gas fireplace, a comfortable, king size bed and other essentials like extra blankets and a Kuerig coffee maker. Our only difficulty was when inadvertently trying to use the TV remote to change channels…Don’t Do That, Use the cable remote like it says in the instructions. Spent a thoroughly enjoyable four days here with side trips to Monterey and Carmel. Perfect home base for dining out and exploring the coast, and an excellent, proactive host.

Best host ever! Annie was absolutely amazing—so kind and thoughtful. The condo was perfect—beautifully maintained, fully stocked with drinks and everything we needed for a fantastic vacation. The view was incredible, and the location couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend staying here and definitely plan to come back. Thank you, Annie!

We stayed here with our 3-year-old son and all had a wonderful time! The unit we were in was exceptionally clean, quiet, and even had a small view of the ocean! The playground, pool, and beach were all right outside our door and were the highlight of our stay. Trader Joe’s and Target were less than 10 minutes away which was great too. It was a perfect spot to stay as we ventured through Monterey, Carmel, and Big Sur. Although, the condo was so relaxing we easily could have just stayed put the entire time! Would definitely love to come back! Thanks for being such a great host and for the excellent communication and quick responses!
