Perfect little beach hide out. I love the patio and the thoughtful amenities. It’s a very serene place on a spectacular beach. It has a Kuerig, so if you like drip or your own brand of coffee, bring a cone and filters.

We enjoyed our time here very much, thanks you Angela and the hosting team, your proactive messages and tips were very helpful and made our stay better than we even expected!

Wonderful home within walking distance to the Pacific Ocean. Convenience store within walking distance as well. Booking the place happened very quickly even as we were looking at the last minute. Response communications were very timely as well. The house was very cozy and conducive to our family getting together for my niece's graduation at CSU-CI. Loved that you can open the windows for fresh air. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kitchen for home cooking and baking. Upstairs/outside deck was very nice, but we all preferred to stay inside the house. Totally recommend Jesse & Abha's home for your vacation get-away needs.

Absolutely LOVE this house! Felt like home the minute we walked in. Everything was as it was detailed in the listing and the photos are very accurate. Kitchen was well equipped which was so appreciated since we were there for the whole week of Christmas. Plus the location was sooooo special, quiet, private and beautiful sunsets. Cruz was a great host, super responsive and always helpful. We would absolutely return and stay there again!

Beautiful & peaceful place. Very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bikes and beach toys came in handy for the kids! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach! We very much enjoyed our stay! Little home away from home.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The beach is at the end of the block. Easy walk to the grocery store, Starbucks and several restaurants. The home was clean and uncluttered and also had little extras like books, board games and laundry detergent. We used the beach chairs provided each night to walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunset.

This place was amazing!! Beautiful and had plenty of room for my family to stay. The roof top patio made for the perfect dinning space. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful stay right by the beach (4 of 5 roads surrounding you lead to beach!). Clare’s place is clean and lovely and the patio w/ the hot tub is even nicer than the photos — great spot to work outdoors. Nearby restaurants are wonderful, as are the little market and the local taco trucks. You’re also only about 10mins from all the great Montecito hikes (hot and cold springs, rattlesnake canyon etc). Highly recommend, we had a perfect month long stay. (light sleeper note: trash days are loud and will likely wake you up around 6:30/7 if you’re a light sleeper)

Great location, hot tub and pool were really great, great family spaces. We had a great week there. Also, Melissa was very helpful in mailing me something I accidentally left behind in the house.

The house was lovely and has an amazing ocean veiw. Pool is a nice hang out spot for the daytime. Owners were very quick and responsive. Our only complaint was it was quite warm in the house and there was not any AC and it happened to be a warm weekend so sleeping was a little umcomfortable for some of us. Overall its beautiful and close to some of the nice beaches.

We really loved staying at the house. Walking around the neighborhood, friendly people, and the beach cruisers came in handy. The location was near many places that we wanted to visit. We are looking forward to our next booking at this house!! Thank you again for all your assistance

The farm is beautiful--blooming flowers, view of the valley and ocean, avocado orchards to wander in. It was perfect for our family with the pool for the the kids, lots of open space to run around in, and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with games and puzzles. House was spotlessly clean. Thank you Connie!

Ardie was very responsive and extremely accommodating. We were traveling for work and it was a very charming and elegant place to come home to after days of work. All of the furnishings and features were really nice. I would to come back to the Malibou Lake cabin, the scenery is beautiful and peaceful.

A real gem. Aside from the stuff you can check off on an AirBNB form (clean, stylish, etc), this is a house that obviously was or is lived in, not just a property someone bought to rent out and filled with the shortest possible Target shopping list they could get away with. The kitchen is comprehensively set up with quality appliances and tools, and the bedrooms had actual bedside lamps that you could read by *and* turn off without getting out of bed.

Adam and Vanessa were superhosts! They were communicative and friendly, and when it was raining, they proactively reached out to remind us where we could find umbrellas in the rental. This was by far the most family friendly Air Bnb I've ever stayed in, I would recommend this place for any family with little ones! The kids loved the amenities, and the pool area. Close proximity to a grocery store and coffee shop was the cherry on top. Thank you Vanessa and Adam for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back!

We had a great time! Robert is very easy to communicate with and the house is gorgeous. It was very clean and comfortable. The pool and outdoor area feel like Italy! Definitely want to come back soon!

Only knock is that the place is directly next to the highway so you will hear cars. Place itself is great tho, has a bunch of rooms and the host provided everything we needed (bath supplies, coffee, etc). Really great for a weekend trip and 100% worth the money.

Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

This is a lovely bungalow in a great location. It has high-end furniture, fixtures, appliances, and 5-star amenities, including plush towels, luxurious linens, robes, soaps, lotions, etc. The host has thought of everything and then some to make guests comfortable. The location is within a short walk to the beach and to some of the best shopping and restaurants in Montecito. I sent a message to the host a few times and received an immediate response. Full disclosure ~ the house is next to the railroad tracks and the train does pass by occasionally. The freeway is also adjacent, and you can hear traffic noise.

Excellent location. Very comfortable home. We were able to relax and walk to many places.

We had the absolute best weekend at Aidan's beautiful home. As Westmont College alumni's it was so magical and fun to be able to be back in the city where we first became young adults. The only complaint is the weekend flew by so quickly! Haha Thank you so much Aidan for your gracious hospitality, 10 out of 10!!
