The accommodation is accessible by an independent entrance with 2 parking spaces, you will find 2 bedrooms (1 king bed and 1 double bed), 1 living room with double foldaway bed, a play area for children, a teleworking space, 1 separate dining room with propane fireplace, 2 fitness machines (bike and treadmill), a kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom.

Its interior finish is mainly composed of wood; which makes it particularly warm, conducive to rest and rejuvenation. Nature lovers will be pampered by the beauty of the landscapes and its completely unique viewpoint. The variety of birds is impressive and seals are part of the furniture. Located on Route 132, river side, a stone's throw from Rimouski and the splendid Bic National Park, (10 minutes by car), this warm house (plex) is decorated with unique paintings signed by the Casavant family, adding a touch of soul to each room. Its terrace, perched 300 feet above the majestic river, offers breathtaking sunsets. The most adventurous can go down to the beach to enjoy unique river scenery. A change of scenery is guaranteed!
