Apartment 119 m²: 3 bedrooms Children's room: Accommodates up to 7 children. The top beds of the 2 bunk beds are designed for children only. The remaining beds of the two bunk beds could also be used by up to 5 adults.

Our well-kept apartment is located in a quiet location in the Reutte valley basin, in the middle of the Ausserfern/Tyrol tourism region. The apartment on the ground floor is part of a single-family house which we live in as a family, but is completely separated with its own entrance. It consists of a bedroom for 2 people, bathroom with toilet/ bathtub/washing machine/dryer, as well as the kitchen with TV and sofa bed for another 2 people. Own free PP directly at the house + charging option for e-cars.

Die Schlösser König Ludwigs II sind vier Kilometer entfernt. Größere Einkaufsstädte sind Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Augsburg oder München.

Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

My accommodation is right on the Allgäu Alps. In summer wonderful for walking and cycling / mountain biking. In winter you can go skiing and cross-country skiing. There are wonderful swimming lakes, royal castles, medieval castle ruins and many cultural delays. You'll love my place because of the quiet, detached and unobstructed location. Magnificent mountain views and beautiful nature. My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers.

Corona info: Since the safety of our guests is very important to us, the entire apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before/after each guest. The key handover takes place, if desired, completely contactless! Our cozy newly renovated large apartment in Lechaschau is located in a former farmhouse directly on the B189 (within the village) into the Lech Valley. Since it is a very old house, the ceiling height is quite low compared to new buildings.
