Are you looking for peace and quiet? Do you love mountains, nature and culture? You will feel at home with us! We are happy to pamper you and welcome you. Your host family Antoinette, Markus and Giovanni The apartment is located in a detached house in the hamlet of “Ebnet” in the municipality of Bitsch at about 900 m/above sea level. Bitsch is a small, cozy village in Upper Valais. It is located on the southern slope 5 km east of Naters/Brig, at the foot of the Aletsch area (UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site). To the south, the Simplon Pass leads directly to Domodossola/Italy. Located on the first floor, you can use the large garden seating area with beautiful views of the Valais mountains alone in addition to the apartment (1 large living room with double and single bed, sofa, reading chair, WELAN TV, 1 well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower). Garden furniture and deck chairs invite you to linger outdoors, soak up the sun and relax. By public transport, arrival to us is possible without a car. On foot you can reach the local shop, the post office and bank in about 15 minutes, by bus in 5 minutes. The possibilities to enjoy your time are limitless: Versatile sports activities (hiking, climbing, cycling, skiing, swimming, etc.) Cultural activities (museums, theaters, cultural events depending on the season) and a lot of nature (UNESCO World Natural Heritage Aletsch, Binntal Nature Park, etc.) are right at your doorstep. As a family who likes to travel a lot ourselves, we look forward to exchanging ideas with our guests. We speak German, English, French and Italian. On request, we will spoil you with a hearty breakfast with regional, natural products. If necessary, we will arrange a mountain or hiking guide for you and try to meet your "extra requests" if possible. The main thing is that you feel comfortable and relax!

The gondola to the Riederalp is a 2-minute walk away, where you are in the middle of the ski resort or hiking area. The access to the chalet is accessible all year round. Within 5 minutes you are at the ski valley resort of Belalp, which can be reached by car or bus. The house is heated with wood with the soapstone stove from 1882. In the bedroom there is another wood-burning stove with a view of the burning flames.

The apartment is super nice, bright and with fantastic views of the Alpine panorama. "Ski in" is also good, "ski out" is associated with some stomping through the snow; especially if you have (small) children who want to go to ski school (about 15 minutes away, which can be exhausting with equipment). Overall, we felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the accommodation.

Highly recommended, everything at least as good as described if not better! In the kitchen, everything is available, the bathroom is beautiful as well as sauna and hot tub are easy to adjust, as there are wood and lighters. I came to Switzerland for my honeymoon with Airbnb, and the condition was better than a 5-star hotel, and the host managed the house so well that there was no water mark. Wonderful and quiet accommodation, it is part of the cafe overlooking the city center.. The design of the room is beautiful and relaxing from the countryside, you do not need to bother going up and the check-in is easy and automatic, Jan was a friendly, wonderful and helpful person. There was a public internet network for the room and the cafe but unfortunately we could not use it. It seems that there was a problem. In addition, we had to buy coffee from the cafe during our stay as there was no coffee machine.
