The apartment is newly equipped and rustic elements such as the wood-burning stove from Uroma or the Tyrolean parlor ensure coziness and special vacation hours. The view of the mountains and fresh mountain air ensure immediate relaxation. The surroundings offer beautiful moments and all kinds of possibilities in both summer and winter. The central location is particularly appreciated (about 5 km from Wattens and the highway).

WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 51 m2.! We welcome individuals, multiple people, as well as families of all ages, gender, and of all backgrounds ! It is separately accessible via its own external staircase, so that you have practically no contact with the other guests of the main house. The apartment has a small east-facing balcony, a lockable storage and drying room, a small outdoor lounge area and a parking space.
