This fully remodeled home 1 block off Main Street Richfield is in walking distance to 2 parks, the city pool, restaurants and some of the best hiking, biking and running trails in Utah. Enjoy family time in the backyard with several gardens, porch, dining area, firepit, tree house and playground. Downstairs you'll find the master suite with a California King bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. Upstairs there are two smaller bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with one.

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. It has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting and fishing.

Sunrise Haven Suite

This new construction one bedroom, one bathroom suite is nestled in the Monroe Valley with beautiful views of the Monroe Mountains and surrounding farmlands. The property includes a queen size bed, washer & dryer, full kitchen, and an outdoor BBQ grill. Enjoy the many breathtaking views, sunrises, and sunsets from the private patio.
