Beautiful villa in Reykjavik Capital area, by the seaside, with great ocean view and wonderful walking area along the sea. Only a quick 5-10 min drive to Reykjavík city center. Kitchen, dining and living room area with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with a shower, also a guest bathroom, TV room with 75” smart TV. In the backyard is a lovely hot tub. Close by is the famous Sky Lagoon (20 min walk) and also nearby is one of the best heated outdoor/indoor swimming pool with sauna (10 min walk).

A new summerhouse, based on the beautiful lakefront of lake Meðalfellsvatn, Iceland. Only 40 minutes drive from Reykjavik. Sleeps 6 adults, or a family of 6 people. It has all the equipment a house needs. A spacious living room, a kitchen. Two big beedrooms, and a smaller bedroom. Double beds. Two bathrooms, master bathroom with a bathtub, and a bathroom with shower. A “Mancave” on the patio outside. A hottub. This beautiful house has three floors with six bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is in 5 min walking distance from the city center. It also has a free small parking space (reservation needed). It is very well located in terms of public transportation. The bus stops right across the street and the domestic airport is 3 min away driving. The BSI bus stop, which takes you to Keflavík international airport is only 5 to 10 min walking. Our daughter lives in a separate apartment in the backyard
