Fabulous property and perfect for our family of five. Very comfortable, we felt right at home, loved the furnishings and cozy beds. The location was very convenient to making day trips, close to groceries, and an easy drive to downtown Reykjavik. Nice views from the balcony, super quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We traveled with an infant and since no one was using the place the day before, Hildur allowed us to come straight from our flight! It was so incredibly nice of them and my daughter appreciated the opportunity to catch up on some sleep. Overall, the place is beautiful, spacious, and had an incredible review. I’d recommend this AirBnb to anyone!

Nice house in in good area, a lot of space and light. Many games and toys for kids! 10 min by walk to the bus terminal.

A beautiful and peaceful place in a neighborhood of new construction, far enough away from the crowd and tourists downtown but close enough to get there in 20min by car when desired. Easy access to the Golden Circle. Was perfect for my family and having two bathrooms was particularly nice. Communication was always quick and excellent.

I recently stayed at this fantastic Airbnb. The location was ideal, just a short drive from the city center, offering easy access to local shops and restaurants. The vibrant neighborhood was peaceful, making us feel right at home. The property itself was a standout, featuring impressive amenities. The fully equipped kitchen made meal prep a joy, with modern appliances and ample cookware at our disposal. The stylish living space, complete with a cozy couch and high-quality entertainment system, was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Fast Wi-Fi ensured we stayed connected when needed. The host was incredibly responsive, providing excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions.

We loved the view and being just outside of the city. The apt. was super clean and comfortable, and parking was easy. Excellent stay!

Great and clean suite at a prime location. Comfortable beds. Just make sure to follow Google Maps directions instead of the recommendation by the host as it led us to a different building. Otherwise, all good.

Everything was fine with the accommodation. Milad answers questions quickly. Parking is great. Fully equipped kitchen.

Very reachable, very informative, very kind. This property is in an amazing location, close to transit and very walkable. The unit itself is gorgeous, with plenty of space and amazing views of the city. Some particular highlights: - multiple sets of keys! Not enough properties do this and it made it so easy to accommodate a large party - lovely kitchen and coffee/tea area. We were able to cooks multiple meals a day with no issues. - best master bedroom ever: one night I could even see the Northern Lights from bed Thank you again for a memorable stay! Hoping to come back someday soon!

(We stayed here twice) Great spot! It was clean and spacious. It feels like a quiet area but you are able to quickly walk to so much. We stayed here twice - at the beginning and end of our trip. We would stay again.

Ellen y Edward son excelentes anfitriones, su departamento es tal como aparece en las fotos, es un lugar acogedor. Edward estuvo muy pendiente de nuestras inquietudes, fueron muy flexibles con el chekin y chekout , al momento de nuestra llegada tuvimos la gran sorpresa de contar con galletas, café, chocolate. Queda muy cerca a las paradas del bus #1 y 15, lo que facilita la movilidad para todos los tour. Hay un supermercado muy cerca, junto con la zona de restaurantes, recorrimos el centro de la ciudad caminando desde el departamento. Disfrutamos mucho este alojamiento. Lo recomendamos un montón.

Spectacular location, outstanding view from inside the unit and on the expansive outside terrace, and very comfortable inside as well. Very clear instructions to find and access the property, and dedicated/free parking which is so important and helpful to have in Reykjavik. So much to do right outside the front door, can't imagine a better jump-off point to experience all Reykjavik has to offer. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Gunnar’s apartment for a week during our visit to Reykjavík. The location was good and pretty central to restaurants and attractions we wanted to visit. We did rent a car which made travel much easier and the parking was abundant and not too expensive. The apartment itself was clean overall although some areas had some dust. No complaints here, it wasn’t a big deal. Gunnar did advertise that the apartment house(d) two cats but as someone with cat allergies I had no problem with any fur or cat dander. FYI, across Iceland the hot water is heated geothermically which gives off a sulfur smell, so don’t be alarmed. Thanks Gunnar, for allowing us to stay at your apartment during the week! Ken + Jenn

This was a great place to stay during our time in Reykjavik. It’s very easy to get to everything the city has to offer, but it is far enough away from the city center to be a peaceful quiet place to stay. We had everything we needed and more here. I’m so glad we were able to stay here, and would highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time in this cozy apartment. It was a nice location to be outside the city but have easy access to main roads and shops. We chose this place as it was walking distance to our friends' house. Heba's decor is very pleasing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The space is well designed for relaxation and practicality. It was easy to park our rental car in the driveway.

I loved living in this house. I spent two weeks on a work trip there and it was perfect for that occasion. The ocean is litterally two minutes away, the garden outside the windows is lush and available, and the location is just great. Very charming house with a warm atmosphere. Helgi and his dog were amazing hosts, very helpful and generous, which made the experience just amazing.

everything was awesome at this wonderful home in the best street in Reykjavik. highly recommend if you want to be in the middle of the city and walkable to highlights. Sigrun was also a very attentive host. I would ask a coffee bean grinder and press for those looking to brew their own coffee but the nespresso was plentifully stocked!! Tip to book a bus from airport like FlyBus which is far cheaper than the 150 to 200$ it otherwise costs for a taxi.
