Our farmhouse is located only 2 minutes away from the village center of Bach. The farm is over 300 years old and has been in the family for several generations. Therefore it was important for us to keep the charm and character of the house. The barn was transformed into unique living space. We offer two 75m2 apartments and one with 250m2. Coziness, tradition and quality are our priorities. The farm is surrounded by meadows and you can hear the water from the Alperschonbach in the background.

Large self-catering chalet in the mountain village of Boden. The house has several bedrooms, each with 2-6 beds on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a cozy parlor, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and foosball, a terrace. A children's ski lift and toboggan run are right in front of the house. The nearest major ski resort is the Jöchlspitze. The Arlberg (the largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also not far away.
