This is truly a gem! A beautiful spacious house with no (direct) neighbors for our party of six people and one dog. Everything was available and everything was thought of. Communication with the host was smooth and pleasant, both before, during and after the stay. The view is awesome: unobstructed view towards the mountains. And at night a starry sky in clear weather. A slopes are close by, although we did not use it. We drove 30/45 minutes to ski locations higher up because of the little snow this year. There were 2 swings and a slide at the house. Our children gratefully made use of this. In the hotel next door you can also eat delicious food (tip). For this kind of fantastic places, I'm on Airbnb.

The five of us felt very comfortable and had plenty of space. The hostess even came by with flowers for her birthday, very nice and accommodating. The booking and check-in was very easy and pleasant. The location was perfect as a starting point for climbing tours and hikes! And when can you have breakfast with a view of the mountains? Had a great time!

We stayed at the property for a long weekend skiing in Kühtai. The lift is a relaxed 15 minutes by car (ski bus connection probably only down in the village). There was nothing missing in the accommodation, well-equipped kitchen, cozy living room with wood heated fireplace, very nice reception from the hosts. We had a great time, would come back anytime!

Great villa very well maintained

We had a lovely family weekend there with several kids from teen to toddler. There was plenty of room for everyone, every family or group of children had their room. We had been looking for something cheap and the house was perfect for us. We had deliberately not booked the Ritz. It's been a lot of rules, but as a host you probably don't always have it easy... It was easily possible to register one more person the day before arrival.

Beautiful views and a great place for nature walks!

The apartment was the perfect location for a young family. Sabine was a wonderful host, communicating brilliantly, welcoming us on arrival and making us and the kids feel at home the whole time, with so many toys and outdoor activities available to us. The apartment is very clean and had everything we needed, with great views from the balcony. The location is superb, everything we needed was a short walk away. We wouldn't hesitate to come back again.

We had a super nice time, in a fantastically beautiful house. The sauna is sufficient for 3 people, which was enough for us. Communication with the host was friendly, nice and above all quick. Parking went smoothly right in front of the entrance. And the Spar (supermarket) is 3 minutes on foot.

We liked the lovingly designed farmhouse very much. It was rustic and very cozy. Many loving and authentic details have rounded off the ambience. The beautifully landscaped garden also invites you to linger. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. Kristin is a great host who has always been friendly and helpful to all concerns.

Great quiet spot with fantastic scenery. Especially suitable for lovers of active recreation. Great walking trails and bike routes nearby. Nice pool to chill in after a longer walk. Peace and quiet after city noises. I definitely recommend this place. A place where you want to come back to.

I stopped over for a day of snowboarding with my kids, so we did not stay long. But our stay was great. Our host was very kind and super helpful. Our apartment was very clean, and you can see that it's well cared for. The views are amazing too. There was ample parking in front of the home. And the basement featured boot-heaters (excellent!!) as well as a place to place snowboards/skis (also excellent!!). Finally, there was a sauna but we weren't there long enough to enjoy it. The only stand out was the top bunk (bed). It is high and not easy to get in and out of - my kids did not like it (usually they fight for who can sleep at the top). So my oldest slept there. Thank you for a great stay!

There were four of us for a ski weekend in Frieda's place. We enjoyed it very much: By car, the Kühtai ski resort can be reached in about 30 minutes and in the evening we could cook together and sit together comfortably in the accommodation. We had to get salt, pepper, oil and vinegar, but otherwise there was nothing missing in the kitchen for cooking. Communication with Frieda was always friendly and fast. We can definitely recommend the place.

Great stay in great mountain scenery in a small village in Austria. We felt right at home. Everything very homely and thoughtfully equipped, great communication with the hostess, who is very proactive and super friendly. We had a great time and would be happy to come back! Kind regards☀️

What a warm welcome from our host! Because we arrived quite late, there was something ready for us to eat including a drink and a drink and breakfast and breakfast was also arranged for the next morning. What a Top service! The apartment is super nicely finished and equipped with every luxury. Wonderfully bright and spacious! You're a Superhost for ours, and we'd love to come back.

We spent a week in the apartment during the low season. The environment was very quiet and private with many opportunities to spend your free time indoors and outdoors. The apartment is very spacious and has a beautiful, open kitchen/dining/living area that invites you to communicative evenings, rounded off by a wonderful terrace with a direct view of the small house lake. The apartment certainly has its advantages in every season, whether summer or winter, and is highly recommended.
