The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

Greg’s place was very clean and in a great location. Walkable to markets, restaurants, and metro. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a great place to stay during our family vacation to DC!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Linda's place was very homy and she was a very kind and responsive host. Instructions were very clear, tons of amenities, and clean place. Great for a family of 5. Beautiful patio and clean bathrooms.

I felt right at home! The plants greeting you at the front stoop are adorable and the home is clearly lovingly maintained :)

Scott was very easy to work with. provided check in and check instructions multiple days in advance. home was clean and neighbors were quiet. we didn't do any cooking but kitchen was well equipped if we had needed it. beds were comfy and clean. plenty of toilet paper, towels and paper towels. washer and dryer with laundry pods a definite plus! we were so close to the metro station and a few stores. the place was prefect for us and the hosts are very responsive. you must must must eat at Omar's. it's absolutely delicious and super close to the house! we honestly had the best food every place we ate. Breakfast at Matt and Tony's is a must but get a reservation. baked and wired cupcakes are delicious. thankfully we walked a lot!! thank you for opening your home. it was great trip and having a nice place to come home to each night made it better.

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

The place is cozy and comfortable. Love the little attic area for relaxing and reading. The host is very responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed our stay in this home. Beautiful, modern home equipped with everything you need for a great getaway! love the fact that the home is in pristine conditions and spotless. Great taste in decor, very spacious, ideal for a big family. Only regret is that we wish we could've stayed longer. Host was very nice and willing to help! Definitely would consider returning!

My family of 6 stayed at Alvaro’s place for our daughter’s graduation weekend from Georgetown University! The home couldn’t have been in a better location! Very walkable to wonderful restaurants, shops and bakeries. We did not have to rent a car, we walked everywhere we needed to in Georgetown and if we had to go downtown we took an Uber, which was very convenient. The house couldn’t have been better for my family. Everyone had their own space and we enjoyed having family meals at the big dining room table and at the end of the day we could all fit in the living room and talk about our day. We also enjoyed the beautiful lush patio. We would have afternoon cocktails out there before we went to dinner. It was well appointed with all the amenities you may need and the air conditioner worked really well, even on the third floor. I cannot say enough about how perfect this home was and also how easy the communication was with Alvaro. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Sarah and JT's home is lovely -- clearly a beloved house. I felt right at home during a 5 day stay. Great neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and cafés, green space. My hosts were thoughtful in having a muffin for me for my first breakfast and half and half in the fridge. The rooftop garden is magical.

I can’t speak highly enough of this Airbnb - it’s among the very best. Ideal location, pretty surroundings, quiet and peaceful, and extremely modern and comfortable. Everything is perfect. It’s the ideal location for Alexandria or for accessing DC more generally. Chuck is a very considerate host and very helpful and quick to respond. The interior is delightful. The bathroom is especially attractive. Would love to stay again.

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

I cannot recommend this property enough. This air bnb is one of the best on the market for the price. Everything you need for a night; or multi-day stay. The kitchen is incredible. The cleanliness was an obvious emphasis by the owner. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was just like home. I travel frequently for work and have not stayed at a better property. 10/10 across the board.

We could tell that Ali added nice touches to make our stay extra special. Some snacks, lovely lighting for the back porch, and plenty of space to spread out inside. The pool table was cute for the kids. Adults played too and we got a kick out of it. It was very clean and I appreciated the decorations.

Jack was a great host and the location was exactly as described. The space was the perfect base for our family — close to all sorts of fun activities and shops, etc. A wonderful stay!

We loved our stay in this townhome! It’s in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood but still just minutes from all the shops, restaurants, and waterfront. The home was clean, comfortable, and felt like a perfect home base to explore the city. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had a great time while we were there. Wish we could have stayed longer. I’ve been with Air B&B for a couple of years now and Ben was the best host that we have ever stayed with. He was great from the booking of his house, all the way to the end of our stay. He even checked to make sure we all made it home safely. His house was great for my family of 8. We had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend you to stay at his home if you are going to visit the DC area. Thanks again Ben for everything 😊

We traveled to Fairfax for a family event. Sarah’s place was easy to find, parking for 2 was great! Her place is clean and has no clutter which was great with our young grandchildren. Her place is convenient to downtown DC as well as Dulles airport. We would definitely rebook if we need the space her place provides.

The house was really nice and perfect for a get away alone and the neighborhood is nice and quiet!

Our stay at Luis’s place in Hyattsville was absolutely lovely! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. Luis was a fantastic host—communicative, thoughtful, and clearly takes pride in creating a comfortable space for his guests. The unit itself was a charming little retreat, tucked away with a cozy walkway that made it feel like our own private hideaway. Inside, everything was spotless and well-maintained. The bathroom was impressively well-stocked with all the essentials (and then some!), which was such a thoughtful touch. We especially loved how peaceful the neighborhood felt, yet we were only a quick 20-minute drive from the heart of D.C. It was the perfect home base for our city adventures, and such a comforting place to return to after a long day of exploring.

Though the review is coming after a week or two but trust - Dulce place worth every penny! We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely love to stay there when next we visit DMV. Thank you, Dulce!
