A gem of a place to stay in downtown Troy. We walked everywhere. The spaces were clean, nicely decorated, and the furniture was comfy. We didn’t use the patio, but it looked like it would be a great space to hang out on a sunny day. The Host and co-host communicated well. We had a wonderful stay at Anthony’s place and would recommend it highly to others staying in Troy.

We had a great stay at Jame’s place! It was perfect for a short trip and everything was as advertised. Would recommend others to book this home.

Spotless. Comfortable. Responsive. Located within walking distance of a great many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. I don’t know what else to say because if this isn’t enough for you.. good luck! We enjoyed a wonderful stay. 10/10 recommend.

Great place in a great location! Place looked even more beautiful than the pictures in my opinion. Diana was so helpful, considerate, and thoughtful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay while working at the New York State Library for a week. I needed a place that was inexpensive and walkable but also somewhere where I could also work and write. It was clean and hassle-free. Aleks gave very thorough instructions but was otherwise hands-off unless I had a question and then he responded quickly. The apartment is in an urban environment but seemed perfectly safe. There is a Dunkin Donuts and great pizza place less than a block away as well as some popular bars, which made the whole area active but safe at night. It's a about 10 minute walk (down-hill) to the capital plaza. The parking place is a little inconvenient and frankly a little sketchy looking (behind the nearby Sunoco gas station and around the corner from the apartment), but it worked out great and saved me a lot of money on parking. I would definitely stay here again if I need to work in Albany again.

Highly recommend staying at David’s! Beautiful space and so peaceful. He was a wonderful host and I really enjoyed my time in Albany!

Ronnie’s place was just what we were looking for. A comfortable place for 5 of us to rest and chat while doing other activities in the area. We got to enjoy the hot tub, covered away from the rain, and played board games indoors. We were also able to prepare a steak dinner on the grill and using the fully furnished kitchen. The neighborhood was a little drab, but his space was a pleasant oasis from it. Still fine to walk around during the day. The neighbors above could be heard walking inside, but this was expected and they didn’t bother us on our vacation. Though they did park a little close for us to comfortably fit in our 3 cars into the 4 slots allowed. But street parking was also fine directly in front of the house. Overall, we enjoyed our time spent at his place, and he kept it neat and accommodating. A great value when you want a hot tub, 1.5 baths, a grill, comfortable queen beds, and pull out. I wish the weather was better for us to enjoy more of his furnished patio space.

Great little spot next to Washington Park. We stayed for a month in the snowy winter, it was warm and cozy. The apartment itself is so cute and has all the amenities you need. We did full cooking and had everything we needed. There's a little convenience store at the corner which has all basic groceries if you need an item or two or snack. The park is lovely. I definitely recommend hitting up the Argus Lounge in the Argus hotel nearby. The bus is also nearby, but there's lots of restaurant options and coffee shops in the area. I'd highly recommend the place, and Rosie is so cool and stylish.

My friends and I (three couples) stayed at Gary and Shana’s beautiful Airbnb for Valentine’s Day weekend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The house was stunning—cozy, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed for our ski getaway. Gary and Shana were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. On the morning of our departure, they even arranged for the driveway to be plowed, making it easy for us to get out after some fresh snowfall. It’s clear they truly care about their guests. We had an amazing weekend and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

My kids, my dog and I stayed for a week at Anthony's place and it felt like we belonged there. Anthony had everything set up for a dog as he mentioned in his description. We had zero issues, and enjoyed the charm of an old house. Kitchen is fully equipped for anyone that likes to cook. He even asked for suggestions to improve himself as a host. I merely mentioned a few things - next thing I know he ordered everything I suggested and it arrived on the door step the next day ! I highly recommend his place, not just for dog lovers. He has done everything to keep the house clean, there is no dog smell or dog hair. Lots of funny dog decor, and overall an excellent place to chill.

We were there for the Belmont Stakes at Saratoga. It was a great location and it was in a very quiet neighborhood with hardly any traffic going by. Inside it was very nice and accommodating - spacious kitchen with all new appliances, large dining room and living room. Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and operational - just right for our party of 4. We communicated with Brandon several times and he usually responded within 15 minutes which was great. We appreciate that! All in all it was a great trip and Brandon's place was perfect for us. I would highly recommend it. Reasonable price, great location, great home, and a very pleasant renter. We didn't win any money at the track, but the stay was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others! We like having the driveway so we didn’t have to street park. Beds were very comfortable too. We sat a lot out on the back deck. It was very peaceful and beautiful back there.

Our stay was short, but had a good one. The home is comfortable and spacious. Great for families, just be mindful that master suite is in basement with steep, cramped stairs for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that the place is as pictured, beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. We didn't have a chance to use it but sunroom and back yard looked lovely.

We had a great stay at the Red Geranium! Zak was accommodating to our early check in request (which was a life saver). The house was great ! We enjoyed playing billiards and the overall colonial yet modern feel of the place. There is also great food nearby. We HIGHLY recommend trying the Sauna before winding down for the night, as it will give you the best sleep ever!! Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lake house. The interior was warm and inviting, adorned with charming art pieces, while the exterior offered breathtaking views of the lake, lush trees, and open sky. From every room in the house, we could marvel at the serene scenery and spot wildlife, including birds and squirrels. Spending time by the dock and taking a refreshing dip in the lake were highlights of our visit. Whether it was sunny or rainy, this home provided the perfect setting for relaxation. Phyllis was incredibly responsive and her detailed instructions made the pre-check, check-in, and check-out processes seamless. We can’t wait to return!

A Perfect Stay at Elisa's! Elisa's place was absolutely magical! Located in a charming yet convenient resort, this beautifully designed space instantly felt like home. This was our 2nd stay at Rhonda's place- felt like home again. As before, she was very helpful, thought of everything ahead of time, and was very quick to respond to all our questions. The flat is clean, cozy, and comfortable- hope to stay again sometime.

We had a fabulous time up at Jiminy Peak and being right on the mountain at Shana’s place made it very easy to enjoy the many things to do. Shana is a great host and her unit was perfect for our family of 5. Our younger two tried counting all of the gnomes in every room. We definitely recommend staying at Shana’s place, she is very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions. Thanks again A+

We had a great stay here. It was very close to the ski lifts, and the ski locker was directly across the hall. It made for a very enjoyable and easy skiing experience. Jiminy Peak is a great place to ski at with a variety of trails for all skill levels, and even though it was a school vacation week/weekend, the lift lines were never long. Margaret was very responsive to any questions we had and made the process easy. We loved it!

We had a wonderful time staying at Paul’s place! We had easy access to the mountain for skiing. It was wonderful to have a ski locked to store our stuff outside of the room. In addition to the wonderful accommodation our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommend Paul and his accommodation!!!

Very nice spot for one person or a couple. Convenient access to JP base area and amenities. Neat and tidy space, nicely appointed. Great communication from owner.
